Amazing - called ahead time be out & explained what was doing.

Tina, designer & Douglas installer were courteous, professional, prompt, friendly & hard workers. The only negative is that I was told by office staff when they called to confirm installation date & time, that two installers would come and time to complete would be 4 hours. Only one installer came as co worker called in ill and it took 8 hours. No explanation or call was given by office or supervisor who came to check on install.

Very well! Installers were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional (Connor & Doug). The sales rep Tina was helpful & friendly & patient.

Victor and the partner were on time very professional and worked steady

Great overall experience from the initial design appointment to the installation. We could not be happier with the way the closet turned out and it has really optimized our storage space. The designer we dealt with was friendly and made sure to incorporate all of our needs and preferences into the final design. The installers did a great job and the overall finish is seamless with the space. They finished the installation in around 5 hours and cleaned up everything before they left. We are looking at having our pantry and laundry room optimized next and highly recommend Closets by Design.

Designer was prompt and gave us all options. Then measured precisely to be sure cabinets would fit in space and meet our needs. Installers were prompt, efficient & courteous. They cleaned up garage and had us check everything over before final payment. Connor & Doug.

Darren was on time, considerate & efficient. He moved steadily & quickly to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. The system looks great. Darren was personable and fun to kid around with, but he stayed focused yet still connected very well w/me. I want to request him again! I think it’s overpriced, but when you gotta get it done, you know it’ll be right.

Victor the installer was excellent. He called 1 hour prior to arrival, and complete the job very quickly and efficiently, completing a project 1.5 hours ahead of the time I expected. He was kind, respectful, and worked cleanly. I was very impressed overall with this service.

At first happy until we started looking closely. Hanging bars were damaged. He did not put up molding and did not have a tool of ours.

Tina was very nice. She wasn't pushy or overly talkative. She was knowledgeable about the product & installation. Installation ran smooth & was done in a timely fashion.

It took a long time to get a date for installation. When I inquired about it, they told me the date they chose and it had to be changed as I was going to be out of town which delayed my installation even more. That was frustrating. However, the installation went very well. Darren the installer was stellar! He played very calming and relaxing music that was obviously not only conducive to his work but I also enjoyed the music and it helped keep my cat calm with the temporary disruption of the installation work itself! Darren was very nice and and efficient with his time and the workmanship was/is outstanding.

Installer arrived on time-was very polite, cordial & respectful of my home. He was a hard worker to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He was neat and left my home as clean as how he found. Did not leave any trash behind-he took it all to dispose of.
