Description of Work: Initially I had Closets by Design do 4 closets in my condo. I was so satisfied with their product, sales, and installation that I have had them do several more spaces...5 units in my garage, a laundry room space, an office desk, and a nook/window seat in my master bedroom. I am currently in the process of having a dresser and nightstands done for the master bedroom to match the window seat. Kate [last name removed] has been my sales person for all of these spaces. She has been a pleasure to work with...she is friendly, innovative, precise, and pays attention to the smallest detail. She possesses a keen sense of style and offered suggestions to help me make my final choices. My main installer has been Mark...he is wonderful! Mark is courteous, professional, extremely conscientious and skilled in his craft. I would highly recommend Closets by Design to anyone interested in organizing any space in their home. They offer a wide variety of products to meet anyone's needs and pocketbook. You will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: I used Closets by Design to design my dream closet in our new home. We worked with Kate Burton. Kate was wonderful and so friendly, she made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. She kept working with us to make sure that we had the design exactly the way that we wanted and it came out perfect! The installers were very cautious and clean during the installation process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their closets done.

Description of Work: The designed our closet and installed. It's beautiful and very functional. The girl who came out and designed the closet did call at least 3 times to ask additional questions and had us go measure things in the closet to get the design correct. |They came out and put the closet together at the time they said they would be here and the day. Description of Work: The designer was very professional and creative and knowledgeable. We didn't like the company policies, however: A deposit was expected after presentation/design--without time to consider the offer. We don't like the business practice of giving a price, then discounting 40% then offering a builder's discount after giving the final price.
