The company is exactly what you would hope for in any company. The customer service was great, everybody we dealt with was very prompt, professional and responsive. Darren was WONDERFUL to work with! He was so respectful of our home and so professional. He called before he came, and was on time and ready to get our closet done. He completed the entire process without any disruption at all, we barely even noticed he was there! We would surely recommend Darren - and have nothing but great things to say about him. Overall, this company obviously has really great employees who seem to truly care about the customer. The product itself is great - and the above and beyond customer service truly adds to the value. They did a very good job. The closets are spacious and I have room for everything now. They were very professional. Darren was the installer and he was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

The company's representative was helpful and informative and gave us her input with regard to drawing up a plan to best utilize the space. We received a call confirming the install date/time. Also received a call from installer with ETA. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional and worked efficiently.

Very well, the designers and installers are great. I don't like having to spend so much on closets but I think the prices are better than other closet installers. You could probably dity cheaper, less customization and efficiency, and with considerable headache. The materials they use even at entry level are better than you will get at a home improvement store. They will start with a high price and you have to talk them down, and I don't really like this sales approach however common it is.

I cannot begin to tell you our satisfaction with the design and estimate provided. The effort, time and professionalism shown by our design consultant (Marjann) exceeded our expectations of customer service. As we had travel schedules and other commitments the consultant worked around our schedule and was very supportive of what we needed. We cannot wait to have the installation completed. If you are considering having work done to your master bedroom closet I highly recommend CBD! PS> Don't forget to ask for Marjann

Darren was able to come early and most of all he was respectful of myself, my dog and my children. He was also very clean and efficient. A great experience!

The designer used my concept to diagram the unit very much as I envisioned it. The work was promptly scheduled. The installers were prompt, efficient. personable and respectful of our property. We are very happy with the quality of the finished project. From start to finish, the process was pleasant and professional.

They have not yet performed the service but I did purchase the service. Rachel, the designer did a tremendous job. She is polite and efficient. I was very impressed with her knowledge.

The whole experience from start to finish was very exciting. I met with Dana for a quote, and design. I told myself I was going to get a quote and save up to do it next year. After seeing her design, and hearing the price I wanted it done right away. I was shocked at how reasonable it was. Prices were comparable to buying the system at Home Depot, but we would have had to do all the work and it would not have been as nice or as sturdy. Getting these closets done has been life changing! We are so much more organized and can now SEE everything we own.

Everything went great. Installer showed up on time. He finished in the 4 hours that he said he might. Everything looks great. Can't wait to get in there and organize all my husbands and my clothing. Very happy!!

Overall, very satisfied with the service. The estimator came out, gave us a complete quote with all our options well spelled out. The installers were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the system is very good as well. The only negative was the bit of "high pressure" salesmanship of the estimator. It was a "deal that only lasts today". We signed up anyway, although that tactic turned us off a bit.

It worked out excellent. They all did a great job and I will highly recommend them.

Smooth install. Greg Hoch was the primary installer and helped with a problem since we removed the molding. (Oops) They had cut notches for the molding--which I had signed for. Anyway, Greg,worked it out. There was a damaged drawer that I didn't know about as it was changed at the shop.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our closet designer (Sharon) as well as the closet installer (Darren). Both were pleasant and professional. Our installer took pride in his work, was very careful and was courteous and polite. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Closets by Design.

The initial accessment of my needs and design was done by Sharon. I am very pleased with every aspect of what she suggest while staying within budget. Greg Hoch was the installer. Very professional, polite, neat. Cleaned everything as if it were his own home. No wasted time and knew his job well. Would request him to do the job if hire their company again. Quality product, great install.
