They are very dependable. They have very reasonable rates. They are nice to work with.

Schneider's Appliance came out to fix my Bosch dryer and said that there was nothing wrong with it but there was. I called AST first and they came out and looked at it and said that the company didn't even put the screws back in right and to get in touch with Schneider's to put the drum in because they weren't going to be able to do it and it's going to be a $500 repair. I called Schneider's and told them that this was something that they had to take care of. They came out and took the machine back to the shop and said that they found a screw in there and I said the screw was what they didn't put back in, but he said the other company checked out my machine. I told him that they didn't cause that and that he didn't put it together. The manager was a little jerk to me and Consumer Electric took care of me, replaced the drum, and it was a $500 repair, but Schneider's does not stand behind their product. I had them try to come out and try to fix a stove and they didn't know what the hell was wrong with it and it was one of their appliances. They didn't fix anything and I didn't have to pay anything.
