At the end of this season our lawn mower broke and we didn't want to look for another mower at this time. We found Andy's Lawn Service on the list and within a very short time of sending him a message he returned my call. Andy was prompt, friendly and our property looks great! I would highly recommend him.

Everything is great with them. We're very happy with them. They clean up. They go above and beyond. They're very professional and very quick. We picked him because he had good reviews on Angie's List.

Very responsive, returned calls within 24 hours. Quickly provided a quote with a time estimate. Work was done as scheduled, right on time. Work was very well-done and professional.

The work looks beautiful -- showing they took care to do a great job.

He has done my lawn care and spring/fall clean up for many years. They never miss, I can rely they will be here every Monday. One winter we had a lot of snow and my snowblower broke. I called Andy and he did my snow all winter. In probably the 10 years I have done business with him, he has never raised his prices

He's reliable and versatile and do what you asked him to do for your yard. He does no call in the winter. He comes the same time, usually every week, he knows the time.

He is just excellent. He does a really good job.

I called Andy's on Tuesday, 5/3/11 and spoke with his wife. She said they were busy and he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. I asked her if he could call me when he was on his way, she said that was fine. I had plans that day, which I had to cancel, and waited at my house until I finally received a call at 7:00p.m. to tell me that he wasn't coming out and couldn't make it until the following evening, which was Thursday, 5/5/11. I had previous plans for that evening and he told me I needn't be there, he would take a look and call me on Friday, 5/6/11. I heard nothing on Friday and called first thing Monday, 5/9/11 and left a voice mail. I left another at 11:30. I finally received a call from Andy at 5:30p.m. to tell me that he wouldn't be able to help me. I'm very happy that he is running a prosperous business, but I'm a 52 year old woman on disability and cannot do the work myself. It would have been much more professional to call me and give me an answer right away, instead of making me wait almost a full week. My grass is now 6 inches high and will cost me more to have another company come out and mow. I wouldn't recommend Andy's Lawn Service to anyone.

My experience with them was excellent. He came when he said he would. He had all the equipment he needed. He had a helper - one did the front and one did the back. They did a good job of trimming. The price was pretty reasonable and everything was fine. I was really satisfied. I am planning perhaps to have them come and do my leaves, but that is going to be a couple of weeks yet until all the leaves are down.

I live in Columbus. As a Christmas gift, I wanted to arrange for snow removal service for my mother who lives in Toledo. I contacted Andy's Lawn Service, and told him that I wanted to have an arrangement whereby snow would be removed from my mother's driveway whenever accumulation reached 2 inches. However, I wanted the bill to be sent to me in Columbus. Also, since my mother is a substitute teacher and needs to leave very early in the morning for work, I stated that if snow would fall over night, he would need to have the driveway cleared by 7:00am the next morning. Andy was very accomodating! Within a couple of days, he drove by my mother's house to inspect the driveway in order to give me a quote. My mother happened to be home at that time, so Andy introduced himself to her. My mother was concerned because the driveway is old and is uneven in sections, and Andy explained that he would be careful. Afterwards, Andy contacted me with a quote of $35 per job. Since this contract has been in effect, Andy's Lawn Service has cleared the driveway 3 times and done a wonderful job. My mother is very happy and says that Andy is very polite and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service and the price, and the fact that I don't have to worry that my 72-year old mother is out shovelling snow!

They are prompt in their service. They come out to my home right after it snows. They do a good job. If we are out traveling they come out and take care of it. He plows part of the street which I do not ask him to do. He also does the sidewalks.

They do pretty well for me. I am pretty maticulous about my lawn. They get the job done and the grass stays green for me. I would recommend them and use them again.
