They're extremely reasonable.
Description of Work: They replaced the holding tank on the furnace because it's a hot water baseboard heat system. On the front of the boiler system they replaced it. They went to the house, did the analysis, replaced it, and serviced it.

Description of Work: There was a leak under the kitchen sink. They needed to buy a part at the Hardware store and perform 5 minutes labor to eliminate the leak.

Description of Work: They were the sub contractor when I remodeled my home. They said I needed to have a chimney for my boiler in error. Had a problem with the boiler after I moved back into my home and the owner told me he did not get paid enough for the job. The employees never stayed on the job for any length of time. Constantly leaving to take care of emergency calls. So they say.
