Crew was courteous and diligent and showed up on time each day. Cleaned up job site far beyond expectations each day. Finishing is disappointing. Did not match exisiting railings. Poor cuts on railings-different size lumber butted up against ea. other. Wood used had many huge knots in steps. Owner, Mike Bartos, promised to come back next day (on last day of construction in Oct. 2012 when he came to the jobsite to get final check) to install the gutter guards on garage gutters. Then, didn't show up or even contact us to make other arrangements. They were left on grass all winter. We had to contact him in spring and only had a response after numerous emails asking him to please finish putting gutter guards on as promised and to trim pickets to "sort of" match all other exisiting railings and allow for ability to shovel and sweep decking along garage. Worker stated that trimming the bottom of the pickets was a lot of work...Should have inisisted on having them all re-done to match extensive existing railing since they trimmed them unevenly top and bottom and it looks really bad. One rain storm later and gutter guard sections lifted off. Have emailed him again without any response. Still waiting which is why we are forced to make this review. There is a piece of wood decking that was damaged that they neglected to replace and now a hole is appearing where it butts up to a piece of decking that they did replace. Dangerous and unsightly. Broke path light fixture and has never came back to repair or replace. Lack attention to detail...very disappointed. 8-28-13 Gutter guards still lifted off garage gutters and no one has contacted us to put them on correctly...
