Prompt and efficient service

We hired Lighthouse Electrical to install a generator interlock kit for our house and am very impressed at how smooth everything went. They were the cheapest out of 5 quotes, but didn't cut any corners. Corey came out on site for a quote which added comfort that he won't try to extra bill us once the work was to be done, and we got the install scheduled within a week from calling. Christian came out to do the install and once everything was complete he vacuumed up and walked me through how to use the switch. As a cherry on top, they didn't add a surcharge for paying by credit. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

This was the third quote we got for what we needed done.. Gave us a quote for just the work we needed without trying to up charge us to do more than we needed for the job. The quote was less than half what other companies said needed to be done. Came when they said they would. Charged what we were quoted and did entire job as discussed and fulfilled what we needed done. I recommend them!!

Service call with Lighthouse Electric was scheduled within 10 minutes of registering with HomeAdvisor, and Rich arrived the same evening. The troubleshooting technique implemented by Rich to resolve a very difficult problem was outstanding. The problem was identified and fixed without any unnecessary delay. Rich was accommodating enough to complete other issues that were not on the agenda during the same visit.

I received an immediate response. Bailey came the following morning and completed the work within an hour. He was friendly and addressed all of my concerns. I am overall satisfied and would definitely utilize Lighthouse for future electrical work.

Though I was stood up for a complete day on Friday, when Riley came on Monday he did an excellent job. I would recommend this company because their service man Riley did an outstanding job! And he sold me a Syco box inserted in my fuse box that takes the hit in the event of a power surge/storm. I hope all my appliances and computers are safe from a future storm.
