Do not recommend, rude and uneducated. The driver ripped down power lines in my driveway/off of my home and garage and Brian Harrison put PVC pipes and blocks holding up these wires in the middle of my driveway, he then proceeded to try to force us into an insurance claim and deny any responsibility on top of ignorant and rude comments made the entire time. They didn't even fill the dirt back in after dumping our septic. We are also in the process of selling our home which made this even more horrible. I will tell EVERYONE not to use this company.

Wonderful he did the job came right out pumped the tank and it was plugged and fixed it. We are seniors and on a fixed income and they give a senior discount

I had a septic pump burn out the night before Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving morning I called Harrison Hoe, obtained their emergency number and called. I did not have high hopes of getting somebody out until the following day due to the holiday, but Harrison Hoe sent an employee out within an hour!! The technician(AJ) pumped 2200 gallons out of the septic tanks and pump basin, verified the pump was burnt out, and instructed us to schedule a return visit to replace the pump. AJ was very pleasant to deal with, and didn't seem at all put off by coming out on Thanksgiving. What a wonderful experience, septic problems aside. I would like to thank Harrison Hoe, from our family and our 20 guests, for saving our Thanksgiving!! I will definitely be calling Harrison Hoe for all future needs.

The 2 person team from Harrison Hoe arrived at the beginning of the time window they gave me. They gave me a time window between 9 - 11am. The men were are my house at 9am sharp. Very professional. Completed the work in a timely manner. I had them dig up the access to my septic. They filled it back in nicely, once they completed the cleaning. I am impressed and will definitely use them again for my next cleaning. They also said they'd send a reminder when it's about time to have it cleaned again.

My experience with Celia and Brian was very good. Celia was responsive when I called and emailed the permit. Brian called with the quote and we had a very detailed conversation - installation process, quote details, project timing, what to look for in quotes from other providers, etc. I contacted a total of 15 providers for the project, 6 provided quotes - Harrison was tied for second highest and therefore I didn't go with them. However, they were very responsive and helpful compared to the other providers.

Arrived at scheduled time. Professional, friendly and fast workers. Job well done; we will call them again next time.

They replaced our whole septic field with pvc. This was done about 10 years ago. They did a great job.

Great job and very quick I think in under 45 minutes. We were over our limit so it cost a little more but not a bad price in my opinion. They even let us know how often we should be getting it done instead of waiting as long as we did. I am very happy with our service.

I found this company in the local paper, as they won an award for being the best septic cleaner. I happened to have the day off, so I phoned them late morning to set up an appointment. I jokingly said I had a vacation day and it would be great if they could make it that day. They were there within a couple of hours, which was awesome. I was able to have the rest of the day to myself. The employee, who's name escapes me, was so very professional and courteous I'm at a loss for words. He found the tank in no time, had it pumped, cleaned everything up and was gone. Can't say enough about the whole experience. I'm just glad I picked up the paper that day. I will definitely be calling them for the next cleaning.
