We used them for both our lawn and our son's lawn. They did a real good job at our son's home as far as getting rid of the weeds in the lawn. I didn't feel it was quite as satisfactory for our property. All of these types of companies want to do multiple applications, in this case 8, and I just felt that is too much.

Here at Forest Green our goal is to be there for our customers. We did treat 2 lawns for [Member Name Removed] for a few years. At no point in time did she call to let us know she wasn't happy with service because if she did we would of taken care of whatever problems there were right away. Our program is guaranteed and as long as there is communication between our customer and us there is no reason they shouldn't be happy. We treat what we see when were out and hope that if it didn't take care of problem when we were out that they would contact us to let us know so we could come back. Even when she canceled service it wasn't due to being unhappy with service. It was because they needed to cut back on bills. If you a customer just remember communication is a big key to your satisfaction.
