A Pesky Critter Removal

It was very easy, convenient and fairly priced. Everyone was professional and Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I submitted a request on Angie’s List and Loretta reached out about 10 mins later. That afternoon two gentlemen came by the house to inspect and I got a competitive estimate. They came the next day to do the work. I called them after getting an estimate that was very high and I’m glad I did.

Skunk Removal

Awful. Technician looked over the area and immediately said I had underground Bees. He the immediately stuck his bare are underground to verify. Who in there right mind would do that ! Finding no bees he said that's all it could have been. He pulled out a half brick from the hole and that was about all he did. He charged $125 service fee for that. I had to ask for an invoice, he gave me one with nothing on it. I had to dictate words to put on the invoice. When I investigated the problem myself, I found that I had a sliced sprinkler line exactly where he took out the broken brick. It's my belief that he knew what the problem was all along and wouldn't tell me. NIMS, in my opinion is a very shady operation and I would not recommend to anyone. When I looked on Angies List for a contractor, they called be before I had a chance to investigate other companies.

1st day they said they'd be out, they called much later than the time window & said they'd have to reschedule for the next day. The next day, they again did NOT show up. This time, they didn't bother calling. I called & left a VM for one more chance & did not hear back. It's a real head scratchier that people can't exercise common courtesy. I have happily enlisted another person. The bar is real low now, all they have to do is show up!!!
