They left only 2 traps in my backyard to catch rats. I had seen 2 rats running around two different days. And their traps never caught even one rat. They must not use good bait for food. I am very disappointed with this company.

Contacted Ryan's company via home adviser. He came to our home the next day. I believed the problem might be squirrels. Ryan quickly identified the issue as being bats. He was very professional and explained everything including the one way door he constructed with materials he had in his truck. Ryan explained how the door would work and the noise and evidence of the bats within the attic and ceiling should subside within a day or two. Ryan was right! I would recommend Ryan to anyone. Very reasonably priced, efficient, and professional. If you ever have an issue with animals in or around your home. Give Ryan a call. You'll be glad you did.

The guys did come out and check the house for critter access. They set traps and came back a couple of days later to check the traps. They secured a couple places where they thought critters would have access. They are more than willing to come back if we think we still have a problem.

They were prompt and the results were successful.

Partially my fault but....They were prompt, did a nice evaluation, identified an additional problem, placed two traps, collected their fee and said they would come back with quotes on permanently correcting problem. That was five weeks ago and I have not heard a word. I say partially my fault as I was traveling but in that time, I found the entry point, fixed myself and had a carpenter address the other problem. I could have called but waited instead. So they helped identify the problem but $125 for two traps?

They placed 5 live traps at my house and on three different days, I caught an animal. 2 Groundhogs and a skunk. They filled in the holes that the groundhogs dug before they left. I will call them again if I ever need them.

They responded quickly to set the traps and to pick up the first two woodchucks. They are friendly and prompt.

Both the office and work staff were friendly and efficient. An equipment failure was handled quickly, and when the chipmunk was trapped, they responded promptly to my call. I was relieved to learn that the chipmunk would be released in a safe place.
