A Pesky Critter Removal

I hired them after a bird came into my home through the house vent. It happened during the worst part of a winter storm. Because of the snow and ice accumulation, a thorough inspection could not be performed, but they claim to warranty all work and they promised to return after the snow and ice had melted, so I paid the fee requested. What a huge mistake! I have been calling and waiting for more than a week for them to return. There is just no good excuse to take advantage of a customer. Please, A Pesky Critter, come back and complete the job for which you were paid.

Very bad service. They can never give you time when they will be out. Always have to call them and they never have any answers. They did come out and set a trap. Trapped 1 skunk from under my deck. Came to pick up the trap and skunk. Being so called professionals they never thought there could be more. Well 2 days later, house smells of skunk again. Called for reset a cage. They have no idea when they will be out.

Unless you want a job 90% completed than I would recommend not hiring Pesky Critters. Work quality was a 3- would have been a 5 if pesky critters actually completed the job we paid $800 for them to do. Customer service would be a 0 if it was allowed. We have had the Bat cages on our house for 6 full months, we have called multiple times after the 4- 6 week window past for them to come out and have continued to be told that someone will be out. Guess what? 6 months later we still have these hideous bat cages on our house. Spare yourself some frustration and aggravation and hire a different company.

It has been over two months dealing with Mr. Nims and his office assistant Loretta. They do not keep appointments. Will not return calls. No information on warranty. I would recommend you NOT use their service as I am still dealing with the skunk....

They are not very good at communicating with you about what they have done or when or what the charges are or will be.

Nice people, and I think they did good work. But I had to chase them down, call several times to get a follow up visit.

I called them Sunday afternoon when all others said thry wouldn't schedule until Monday. They were here and identified the problem within 3 hours.

Skunk removal was successful

Very quick to respond. Seemed pricy for a 30 minute evaluation. Quoted too high to come back and take care of a mice issue.

Very responsive, they even came out the same day, Sunday. Followed up with a visit to repair to holes they found that allowed the critter in.

They were pleasant and answered all of our questions. I am waiting for an animal to be caught. So far nothing. Hopefully soon.

Communication was less than desirable.

The cost was $125 (I guess std show up fee), He went up in the attic and detected no animal nor bats or rats and no evidence of them, SO that is good news and it did give us peace of mind.

They were very knowledgeable about my situation, rats killing and groundhog removal. We got one lovely groundhog and living comfortably.
