A Pesky Critter Removal

We had a skunk family living under a wooden platform in our yard, Ryan lifted it up without startling them, and calmly gathered up the mother and 5 youngsters (by picking them up by the tail, no less!) and put them in live traps to relocate. Awesome guy to work with.

I had 2 groundhogs causing havoc. It took over 2 weeks to catch a racoon and 2 groundhogs. I also released a squirrel. Loretta came out a couple of times to reset traps. I communicated well using text messages and critters were picked up same day sometimes 8 to 10 hours later. Be patient. I didn't need to be home when she came. Happy they were released over 30 miles away.

Please be prepared to invest a whole day they are very busy.

Trap worked well. They came to retrieve the animal quickly.

Only complaint is that they could communicate a little better about when they will actually come out. Waited all morning. Called them around noon to see if they could give an idea of time frame. No help. Had given up when they called at 7:30 p.m. saying they would be out around 8:00. I understand it is hard to know how long each job will take, but a general morning, afternoon or evening would help. Once here, they were very effective in removing my animal visitors. Would use them again if we ever had another critter problem.

they called me after seeing I I was looking for service on Home Advisor website 6 times over the weekend they called me! I made an apptm for them to come out 3 hour window THEY NEVER SHOWED OR CALLLED

It takes as long as it takes. Be patient and let them do their job. They were very considerate of us and the animal's welfare. Very gentle with the babies they had to remove.

They responded quickly to my call. Came to house same day. Found the critter hiding in a wall. They set a couple of traps an left as it was late in the day. The varmint was caught in trap next day. A bit of miscommunication on when they would come back. I thought it would be next day but office didn't have them scheduled to come back. I reported that the pesky intruder was in the trap and they scheduled them back next afternoon. So the furry invader spent the night in my garage and was picked up the next day. Also wasn't expecting to pay for the service until they animal was caught but they wanted payment on first visit. I would still recommend them since they did the job. Just know what to expect.

They came back and solved the problems and all is well.

Heard a mouse or critter gnawing on the drywall in my bedroom. I called few companies, but none would come out on Saturday. Pesky Critters did! They came out and put down rodent control in my attic. No more noise from that critter. They came out a couple days later and completely sealed the multiple entry points that the critter may have came in. They give a five year warranty. I would hire them again if another kind of problem arises.

Impossible to get them, traps are still out there... no response. I wish that I could get my money back

This company came out in the rain, could not get on roof because of weather but took check and promised to come back in better weather. At least 3 weeks later they showed up to put cage on roof. We caught a random bird... which made my kids sad. Weeks later, they came to remove the bird which was not the culprit terrorizing my attic and reset the trap. Bait was eaten by something that was never trapped. So then I had a useless trap on my roof with audible noise driving me crazy in my attic! Never came back despite my multiple calls. I finally had to have someone else work the project for me including finally removing their cage from my roof. 7 months later they came and took the cage which was left on the side of my house without so much as a knock on my door. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHEN YOU NEED QUICK RESULTS!!

They were very responsive to my situation, even though they could not locate the mouse in my house (by the time I called them and they got here, neither could my cat - little sneaker must have gone elsewhere or died) .... but, they did come back to patch a few spots that the little critters were using to enter our home to keep worm. I would call them again, if I must (hopefully the critters have moved on). Thanks guys!!!!! P.S. I never give a "5".

They were professional quick and efficient

They were very responsive to my initial call to Home Advisor. They arrived on schedule, checked everything out, crawled up into my attic and crawl space and took care of the problem.

This company my advise is to stay away. You should listen to my warning

They did not pull out or clean any old birds nests but just installed covers over the exhaust vents.
