A Pesky Critter Removal

They are very nice and easy to work with, and I believe quite trustworthy, but I have to keep calling them to keep them active and finishing their work.

Knowledgeable and fast.knew just what to look for and fixed it.

They called back immediately, even though it was New Year's Day. I had mouse droppings in my kitchen drawers! They chewed my spatulas ?! Company came out within a couple of days. They sealed locations the mice were getting in. They set traps. One mouse was caught. I still have traps set. They told me to leave them a few days. I can't believe 1 mouse made that mess. Are there other mice? Where are they?

They did a great job and called me back within 10 minutes and came out the same day.

Problem resolved but with some communication issues. During the initial visit we were advised that there were several openings in our home allowing for the ingress of mice and, perhaps, chipmunks and squirrels. We agreed to have the work done that the guys recommended. They showed up the next day, as promised, and spent a couple of hours working in and around our house. When they were finished we asked how long it would be until the critters would be gone. They said it would be one to three days. Five days later we could still hear the mice. On 12/23 after we’d waited five days I called Ryan (owner?) and left a message. No response. I then called Katherine at the main number and advised we’d not seen the results Ryan had promised. She advised Ryan would be out the next day to take care of the problem. He didn’t come nor did I hear back from anyone although I’d asked for a plan as to what would happen going forward. Called Ryan on his number on 12/28 and left a message. No response. Called Katherine and she advised they would be out that day. They arrived early evening, did some more work and as I said problem is resolved. Here’s the bottom line: these folks do the work and I would recommend them to take care of your critter problem. Just be prepared to initiate any follow up that may be necessary and stay on top of it.

They connected me right away, set up an appointment and followed through by coming by several times. I would recommend them.

this was terrible service they came and took the trap without our permission and no animal was caught they refuse to give the animal catching fee i do not recommend this business at all not good for service at all

They have been awesome! Safely and humanely have already trapped three pests (2 groundhogs and a skunk) who were destroying our property. We tried to catch them so many times and were never successful. Great job!

Did not honor contract. Not worth pursuing in small claims court. Unprofessional from the start. You would be better off buying your own traps. Had their one (even though I paid for 3) trap on my property with multiple animal burrows and no success for nearly 2 weeks. Finally caught a small opossum, not the source of the issue. And of course they spelled opossum as opossom, in a text. I recommend looking for a more professional service. I have never written an online review of a company, but was compelled to do so by their complete lack of professionalism. I have had good luck with Home Advisor as an out of town property owner for many projects, this one,however, is one I regret.

They came in a little hatchback. Took a dead deer and shoved it into their car. Pretty off. Very unprofessional. they almost had to break the dead deer's legs to get it into the car. I would've expected them to have a truck or something.

prompt and knowledgeable; no issues contacting, follow up, or job (inspection) performance. We had chimney swift birds (endangered) in chimney, and had to wait several weeks till they left on their own...… which has now occurred. 4.5 quality rating at this time is only due to pending installation of chimney cover(s); will update quality rating to 5 on anticipated satisfactory completion of project.
