A Pesky Critter Removal

They got that pesky critter removed from my yard.

Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. I even got a follow up call the next day to be sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this firm if you ever have the misfortune to be subjected to unwanted visitors.

Please donâ t hire this company They gave me a disgusting, dirty trap to catch my cat who got up into the ceiling of our basement during a move They set the trap but nothing happened Was told to give it a few days Ended up hiring a real professional that actually went after our cat Wouldnâ t refund my money , not even half for doing nothing

They were able to catch the skunk that had been tearing up our lawn in a fast and efficient manner.

They removed the squirrels from my attic and fixed the hole. They fixed the hole before they determined all squirrels were out and had to come back twice to get additional squirrels out.

They came out to our house the next business day after I contacted them. We paid them the money, they put down 13-14 traps for moles. They said they would be back in a few days to check the traps. We never saw the company come back to check the traps. I called 6-7 times and never any callback with follow-up to my questions. Horrible communication from this company. We felt that once they got our money, they did not care about anything else. We don't know if they ever caught any moles because the lack of communication on their part. We finally called them 3 weeks later and told them to come and get their equipment out of our yard. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Seems reputable. But many of these critter companies are charging for estimates and then giving ridiculous over priced bids which is very sleezy.. You should warn consumers.

They used traps for rats for 10 days and said they caught 3 rats. I was at home several days to check rat traps all were empty all peanut butter was gone. On last day came pick up traps said they saw 4 rats running to neighbors home. So, I do not think they were much help with the problem.

All in all, not an expense I wanted to pay but an expense that was well worth it. Huge fan of these guys. Efficient, great communication, and solved the critter problem.

This was a pleasant experience. These gentleman were very knowledgeable and understood my issue. They inspected the home and provided a more than affordable estimate. I told them right away to put me on the schedule. They were out sealing up the home and solved the problem with in the week. Call them if you want an honest job and at an affordable price.
