A Pesky Critter Removal

We told them we thought there was sparrows up in the attic with a nest and afterwards they did not explain anything of what they found or how many sparrows or if there was a nest they just had a garbage bag about 1/3 full of I do not know what because they did not say what was in there.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and we had overnight results after the trap was set. However, there was an additional charge that I was not expecting or told about. I also had to call to verify that they were still coming the second day as it got very late in the afternoon, early evening without hearing from them...

They came out in a timely manner and were pleasant. Installed a bat cone and said they would be back in 3 months to remove. Never saw them again. Now installing a new roof and need it removed. Have called 4 times in a month and nothing. Paid for installation and removal and they didn't complete their work.

Fast effective service. Good price. Removed racoon. Has prevention services available if needed.

Showed up with a trap that did not work correctly and never came back to reset trap and the trap did not work correctly. I called a few times but never got them to come back. Terrible service, I reset rap on my own and got no calls back. No call back on my calls to them and no service at all. I need to get the money I paid them upfront. Do not waste your money!

The young man that came over was very good. he did an extremely thorough inspection of the house. He brought me in to show me the specific issues and explained what kind of animals are causing them why we had gotten them how they would have to fix the issue and what the work would entail. the issues have been fixed now for almost 6 months and they provided a very nice guarantee to warranty against future intrusion. they definitely stand by their work and their work was good.

They didn't set a real appointment, kept telling me they would come at the end of the day, which 2 days in a row was late at night. When they finally came, all they did was show us that it was raccoons but they had left on their own the night before. at least they installed a chimney cap.

Knowledgeable, helpful, trapped the raccoon but I wish they had looked in the attic to really make sure there weren't any more animals. Came immediately on a weekend and didn't charge me more. I wish I had been told there was an extra cost for closing the hole. I was led to believe it was included in the quoted price.

If you only have one squirrel then it is a good bargain. However they have failed to show up 6 days now after catching the second squirrel. ***I watched it die in the trap.*** Then some predator got a free midnight snack out of the deal. Still the trap dangles mangled and empty from my gutter on Tuesday after multiple calls the previous Thursday and Friday. Their rates are cheaper than the more reputable companies in the area by about 30%. But now i need to pay another company to do the inspection and actually complete the removal. I only lost $125 on them. It s disappointing that HomeAdvisor lets them participate in the platform.

I hired them a year ago to get the skunks out of my crawl space and the skunks are still there. The company has not removed anything but the traps and there is nothing in the traps. They left the crawl space open twice. I told them I wanted my money back and they refused.

They did come and take care of the problem (critter) but never confirmed the entry. It was a Sunday night, and dark out, but for $250 I should have gotten a return visit to locate the entry. All in all, the critter was removed.

This is a family owned business and they were very responsive to my needs. Communication was good and Treven came out a day after I called. Turned out it was actually a bird that set up a nest under the gutter, but he cleaned everything out and then repaired the opening where the bird got in. He did a wonderful job and I'm sure a bird will not get in again. I'm very happy with their service.

The guys that came out to get the squirrel out of our home were actually great, HOWEVER they really did not complete the job because they were unable to put a cap on our fireplace chimney. The said they did not have the correct size and when I contacted them a couple times the next week they never came back out. I had to hire someone else. I was disappointed! $250 was rather pricey, but especially because they never helped me resolve the problem.
