A Pesky Critter Removal

They didn't set a real appointment, kept telling me they would come at the end of the day, which 2 days in a row was late at night. When they finally came, all they did was show us that it was raccoons but they had left on their own the night before. at least they installed a chimney cap.

Knowledgeable, helpful, trapped the raccoon but I wish they had looked in the attic to really make sure there weren't any more animals. Came immediately on a weekend and didn't charge me more. I wish I had been told there was an extra cost for closing the hole. I was led to believe it was included in the quoted price.

If you only have one squirrel then it is a good bargain. However they have failed to show up 6 days now after catching the second squirrel. ***I watched it die in the trap.*** Then some predator got a free midnight snack out of the deal. Still the trap dangles mangled and empty from my gutter on Tuesday after multiple calls the previous Thursday and Friday. Their rates are cheaper than the more reputable companies in the area by about 30%. But now i need to pay another company to do the inspection and actually complete the removal. I only lost $125 on them. It s disappointing that HomeAdvisor lets them participate in the platform.

I hired them a year ago to get the skunks out of my crawl space and the skunks are still there. The company has not removed anything but the traps and there is nothing in the traps. They left the crawl space open twice. I told them I wanted my money back and they refused.

They did come and take care of the problem (critter) but never confirmed the entry. It was a Sunday night, and dark out, but for $250 I should have gotten a return visit to locate the entry. All in all, the critter was removed.

This is a family owned business and they were very responsive to my needs. Communication was good and Treven came out a day after I called. Turned out it was actually a bird that set up a nest under the gutter, but he cleaned everything out and then repaired the opening where the bird got in. He did a wonderful job and I'm sure a bird will not get in again. I'm very happy with their service.

The guys that came out to get the squirrel out of our home were actually great, HOWEVER they really did not complete the job because they were unable to put a cap on our fireplace chimney. The said they did not have the correct size and when I contacted them a couple times the next week they never came back out. I had to hire someone else. I was disappointed! $250 was rather pricey, but especially because they never helped me resolve the problem.

They are very nice and easy to work with, and I believe quite trustworthy, but I have to keep calling them to keep them active and finishing their work.

They called back immediately, even though it was New Year's Day. I had mouse droppings in my kitchen drawers! They chewed my spatulas ?! Company came out within a couple of days. They sealed locations the mice were getting in. They set traps. One mouse was caught. I still have traps set. They told me to leave them a few days. I can't believe 1 mouse made that mess. Are there other mice? Where are they?

They did a great job and called me back within 10 minutes and came out the same day.

Problem resolved but with some communication issues. During the initial visit we were advised that there were several openings in our home allowing for the ingress of mice and, perhaps, chipmunks and squirrels. We agreed to have the work done that the guys recommended. They showed up the next day, as promised, and spent a couple of hours working in and around our house. When they were finished we asked how long it would be until the critters would be gone. They said it would be one to three days. Five days later we could still hear the mice. On 12/23 after we’d waited five days I called Ryan (owner?) and left a message. No response. I then called Katherine at the main number and advised we’d not seen the results Ryan had promised. She advised Ryan would be out the next day to take care of the problem. He didn’t come nor did I hear back from anyone although I’d asked for a plan as to what would happen going forward. Called Ryan on his number on 12/28 and left a message. No response. Called Katherine and she advised they would be out that day. They arrived early evening, did some more work and as I said problem is resolved. Here’s the bottom line: these folks do the work and I would recommend them to take care of your critter problem. Just be prepared to initiate any follow up that may be necessary and stay on top of it.

They connected me right away, set up an appointment and followed through by coming by several times. I would recommend them.

They had the knowledge and tools to be successful in two days!
