Folks, STAY AWAY from this company. I wish went with my gut and had not wasted my time or money with them. I did not believe the negative reviews, but in my experience they became true. The team (Loretta) sounded eager to help us, however the story continued to change along with responsiveness. I would rate this company as completely unprofessional and nonchalant there is no professionalism in terms of follow-up/through, documentation, and quality of service. I will be escalating and further reporting this experience... we borderline feel scammed. This company should be investigated.

came out next day. set trap and caught 3 baby skunks first night. two nights later we caught either male or female adult, don't know which.

They were able to successfully remove a family of skunks living underneath my porch

They came out once, set the kind of trap that was ineffective in the past and never showed up again, even after I called.

The technician came right away. He was personal and knowledgeable. He removed the mama raccoon and her 4 babies humanely. The raccoon mama and babies were living in our fireplace chimney. Thank you!

We hired them because we had to, we were pressed for time and money. They were not professional and did not provide a warranty which their website claims. Also writing a check to an individual verses a business name (found this out after work was done) is usually a flag as well about legitimacy.

Pesky Critter came right out and set a live trap for the animal living under my deck. Great job !!

We told them we thought there was sparrows up in the attic with a nest and afterwards they did not explain anything of what they found or how many sparrows or if there was a nest they just had a garbage bag about 1/3 full of I do not know what because they did not say what was in there.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and we had overnight results after the trap was set. However, there was an additional charge that I was not expecting or told about. I also had to call to verify that they were still coming the second day as it got very late in the afternoon, early evening without hearing from them...

They came out in a timely manner and were pleasant. Installed a bat cone and said they would be back in 3 months to remove. Never saw them again. Now installing a new roof and need it removed. Have called 4 times in a month and nothing. Paid for installation and removal and they didn't complete their work.

Fast effective service. Good price. Removed racoon. Has prevention services available if needed.

Showed up with a trap that did not work correctly and never came back to reset trap and the trap did not work correctly. I called a few times but never got them to come back. Terrible service, I reset rap on my own and got no calls back. No call back on my calls to them and no service at all. I need to get the money I paid them upfront. Do not waste your money!

The young man that came over was very good. he did an extremely thorough inspection of the house. He brought me in to show me the specific issues and explained what kind of animals are causing them why we had gotten them how they would have to fix the issue and what the work would entail. the issues have been fixed now for almost 6 months and they provided a very nice guarantee to warranty against future intrusion. they definitely stand by their work and their work was good.
