A Pesky Critter Removal

They took care of our mice problem as promised.

Feeling very frustrated and defeated. I was charged 285 dollars without a receipt for chimney caps, and to have a live squirel trapped and removed from my home. I'm still getting squirels in the house. I went out and bought my own traps and managed to catch at least one squirel on my own. I also had to relocate the squirel myself. Wishing I had tried to call someone else to help.

Dead dear taken away. Cost $300. But they got to me quickly and got that thing away before it started rotting. Paid more than I hoped to, but the deer was an 8 point buck and larger than we realized.

They showed up on a Sunday and did what they were hired to do. They knew what they were doing and had a strategy to do it quickly, we were happy with their knowledge and their desire to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. No complaints! Fair price and fast service

They are way overpriced and the work that they did in my crawlspace was demolished by the rodents there and I ve been ignored since letting them know I need to schedule a follow up (there work is guaranteed). They don t care how any of their fixes look and I wouldn t either if they would ve actually kept the rodents out! They also decided to block my sump pump pipe exiting my house with foam and wire mesh so that was a weird mistake for professionals . The son seems very nice and fairly knowledgeable but the dad decided to just plop a dead rodent down on our dining room floor and let us know we had dinner available... needless to say I have had to take matters into my own hands and I m fairly certain that my work will outlast theirs and look more aesthetically pleasing because I actually care .

Horrible service and lack of professionalism. Brought out a rusty trap to catch a skunk, trap was installed upside down and it was left up to us to continue to bait it. After 3 weeks with no results we moved the trap and caught an opossum. They showed up unexpectedly and said they would relocate the animal instead of setting it free which concluded their contract which was for a skunk. I have notified the DNR for relocation of an animal that didn't have to be relocated. Mother and daughter showed up with a toddler in the back seat for the two encounters I had with them. On one phone call to Loretta she said I'm with a friend and will call you later. They have no idea what they're doing, don't waste your time or money and hire real professionals. I'm out $125 and learned a great lesson.

I had a big opossum in my live trap and NIMS Pesky Critters came the same day to pick it up. Very friendly and helpful.

They were a little slow about getting here but I was happy I was able to get on the schedule

The company came and set a trap, however, it has not resolved the issue. They did not enter the home to attempt to find or remove the animal.

Could not remove chimney swifts. Apparently, they are a protected species. We have to wait for them to leave. They have been in chimney for a month already.

They came out. We paid them and they left their trap with marshmallows in it. Couple of days go by and the marshmallows would disappear but the door never shut. Then a week into it, a baby raccoon gets stuck in it in the very early hours of the morning, like 3am and the very big momma is having a fit, screaming pulling on the cage for hours on end. Called them at 6am and they showed up much much later in the afternoon. The neighbor couldn t take the racket anymore and about 10 am goes out and releases the baby and it runs off with the momma. They came out moved the cage and again the marshmallows disappear and the door shuts and no animal again. Sat like that for 2 days. The very next day, the cage was moved out into the yard although I have no idea how it got there. Then I come home and the cage is gone. They came and took it. $125 later, still have the skunk. I am NOT happy. Never spent that much money for nothing! Best part, receipt says Warranted?
