A Pesky Critter Removal

The initial service of Critter removal was excellent. Currently waiting for chimney cap installation. Going on ten days, I told I am on the list for install, but waiting.

responsive, timely, easy to contact, great follow up. Did a great job identifying where the squirrel entry was and trapping, and removing. Only area that could have been better was making the repair look a little cleaner. Clearly fixed the access point, and made the potential for recurrence. Could have focused a bit more on the finishing work.

Getting a hold of them to schedule was easy and good but once they come out the trap is not working location doesn t seem good. The squirrel just goes around and back in the attic. No response to calls, VM, or text sense giving them my check that was cashed. I have a squirrel and might have to hire someone else. Waste of money for nothing. Didn t even look to see where the squirrel is coming in.

They quickly diagnosed what type of rodent plaguing my house. Happy with the service. Would recommend them to anyone needing to quickly get rid of pesky rodents.

We called for help with a raccoon and they were here in under 3 hrs (on a Sunday!!). The raccoon is being relocated. Our thanks to this company for saving this animal.

They were overpriced and wanted to charge even more money for repairs I didn't need. Th e next person I hired showed me exactly what the problem was and was very cheap to fix.

Feeling very frustrated and defeated. I was charged 285 dollars without a receipt for chimney caps, and to have a live squirel trapped and removed from my home. I'm still getting squirels in the house. I went out and bought my own traps and managed to catch at least one squirel on my own. I also had to relocate the squirel myself. Wishing I had tried to call someone else to help.

Dead dear taken away. Cost $300. But they got to me quickly and got that thing away before it started rotting. Paid more than I hoped to, but the deer was an 8 point buck and larger than we realized.

They showed up on a Sunday and did what they were hired to do. They knew what they were doing and had a strategy to do it quickly, we were happy with their knowledge and their desire to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently. No complaints! Fair price and fast service

They are way overpriced and the work that they did in my crawlspace was demolished by the rodents there and I ve been ignored since letting them know I need to schedule a follow up (there work is guaranteed). They don t care how any of their fixes look and I wouldn t either if they would ve actually kept the rodents out! They also decided to block my sump pump pipe exiting my house with foam and wire mesh so that was a weird mistake for professionals . The son seems very nice and fairly knowledgeable but the dad decided to just plop a dead rodent down on our dining room floor and let us know we had dinner available... needless to say I have had to take matters into my own hands and I m fairly certain that my work will outlast theirs and look more aesthetically pleasing because I actually care .

Horrible service and lack of professionalism. Brought out a rusty trap to catch a skunk, trap was installed upside down and it was left up to us to continue to bait it. After 3 weeks with no results we moved the trap and caught an opossum. They showed up unexpectedly and said they would relocate the animal instead of setting it free which concluded their contract which was for a skunk. I have notified the DNR for relocation of an animal that didn't have to be relocated. Mother and daughter showed up with a toddler in the back seat for the two encounters I had with them. On one phone call to Loretta she said I'm with a friend and will call you later. They have no idea what they're doing, don't waste your time or money and hire real professionals. I'm out $125 and learned a great lesson.

I had a big opossum in my live trap and NIMS Pesky Critters came the same day to pick it up. Very friendly and helpful.

They were a little slow about getting here but I was happy I was able to get on the schedule

The company came and set a trap, however, it has not resolved the issue. They did not enter the home to attempt to find or remove the animal.
