They came in charge me 125 they plug one hole and said that was the only whole outside well another exterminator told me there were a bunch of hoes outside where the mice are getting in.

They did a good job. I thought I had a skunk living under my house but they determined it was a raccoon and they took it away. Very satisfied

The guys were nice but he did not go in the attic like he was supposed to and I played $215 and I still don't know if they can get in...Plus when companies come to people houses they should have things to protect dirt on people's floors...His boots were very dirty and he walked on my floors I didn't like that...

THEY CHARGED $125 JUST TO BRING OUT AN OLD RUSTY TRAP, NEVER WENT UP TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND LIED ABOUT ME HAVING BATS AND WANTED $850 TO GET RID OF THE BATS THAT WERE NOT THERE.

They got the job done.

Awful experience. They came by, dropped off the trap, took my money, and left. Came by a week later and picked up the trap. No animal caught, no refund, no further guidance. I guess that is it.

Totally unhelpful and not interested in being here to solve the problem.

The initial service of Critter removal was excellent. Currently waiting for chimney cap installation. Going on ten days, I told I am on the list for install, but waiting.

responsive, timely, easy to contact, great follow up. Did a great job identifying where the squirrel entry was and trapping, and removing. Only area that could have been better was making the repair look a little cleaner. Clearly fixed the access point, and made the potential for recurrence. Could have focused a bit more on the finishing work.

Getting a hold of them to schedule was easy and good but once they come out the trap is not working location doesn t seem good. The squirrel just goes around and back in the attic. No response to calls, VM, or text sense giving them my check that was cashed. I have a squirrel and might have to hire someone else. Waste of money for nothing. Didn t even look to see where the squirrel is coming in.

They quickly diagnosed what type of rodent plaguing my house. Happy with the service. Would recommend them to anyone needing to quickly get rid of pesky rodents.

We called for help with a raccoon and they were here in under 3 hrs (on a Sunday!!). The raccoon is being relocated. Our thanks to this company for saving this animal.

They were overpriced and wanted to charge even more money for repairs I didn't need. Th e next person I hired showed me exactly what the problem was and was very cheap to fix.
