Good guys. Hard workers came quickly too

The two guys that came out were friendly and inspected under the shed where the racoon mom and 3 babies were living. Apparently the night before the racoon mom relocated the babies. There were no animals to remove when the two men arrived. We ended up paying the fee for them to come out but that was the deal. I rated 4 stars since there was nothing to remove and we had to pay anyway. I would still recommend them since they did come out and made the effort.

They need to communicate better with the homeowner.

They took care of my problem and did not charge per animal like other companies. I thought I had a bird in my chimney, boy was I surprised when it was a mama raccoon and 4 babies! Would definitely hire again for any critter problem.

We hired Pesky Critter Removal to determine the source of our noise issue above my daughters room. They said we either have mice or bats that are getting in at the ridge vent gaps at the top of my roof. They claimed to have gone into the attic and saw nothing was disturbed. My husband asked the guy on the ground if he was going to get up on a ladder to look in the area. He said "no, he could see from the ground they were getting in from the ridge vent. " They did not set any traps and quoted us $1100 to use special screws with a washer on the end to close up the ridge vent. After hearing the animal in the ceiling 10 minutes after they left, my husband went into the attic to see if he could determine the cause. He noticed where the one guy had gone in the attic, as things were disturbed. However, he did not go anywhere near the direction of where we heard the animal. Then we found you could not even get to the section of the attic that the animal was in from that access. Yesterday my husband put an extension ladder up by the roof where the noise was and found the roof is sagging in the area and he reached his hand in and felt either multiple bats or flying squirrels. If he had experience in removing the animals he would have, hence why we called Pesky Critter Removal. We placed multiple calls to them asking for a return call and they have not called back at all. They charged $145 to come out for 1/2 hour and do nothing. Please do not waste your money. It took my husband less than a half hour to find the issue and he is not an expert. Also, I am not sure why they are quoting roofing work as they are not roofers. I wish I had read more of the reviews before I hired them. I hope this review helps someone avoid the anger and frustration we are feeling right now over this. We still have something in our attic and do not know how to get rid of them. We will be calling a roofer to fix the roof and check the ridge vent, if needed. I called from another phone, and got through to Loretta. I spoke with her asking how she was going to handle this as they did not do their job. She said she was going to pass along my message and that she has not received any messages from me at all, calling the same number. I am sure the response back from Loretta on this will be that this is not how it happened, as she has said in other review. However, I guarantee this is exactly what happened. Buyer beware.

I called them on a Saturday evening to remove a dead deer from under the deck. They came out on Sunday. Very pleasant and accommodating. The young lady crawled under the deck and pulled out the animal. Explained to me what she thought probably happened to the deer. We were very impressed with their service and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Raccoons beware!

A skunk got trapped in a window well and sprayed around 7 pm, just before dusk. It was awful. I went on home advisor and this is the only company that got back to me that night and they came out in less than an hour. They removed the skunk and asked if I had some white vinegar they could put down to help the smell by the window and gave me other helpful suggestions to clear the smell in the house. They were fast and professional and while I paid more for after hours it was not extreme and definitely well worth it. I hope that is the last skunk but will definitely call them again if necessary.
