Pearl power washing did an exceptional job power washing and staining our deck! They also redid our brick pavers on our walkway. After the owner and his staff helped us pick out the right color the deck turned out beautifully! The brick pavers on our walkway look brand new. The staff and owner were friendly,patient, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future.

Work took longer than expected to get done, but the quality of work, professionalism and attentiveness of owner was excellent.

Deck looks great! Weather interfered with ability to complete the staining... but that is beyond our control.

The end results are great. They did a great job repairing/replacing the boards that were bad and the power washing and sealing looks great. Martin was a pleasure to work with and his employees that did the work were excellent as well. We were at the mercy of the weather over the last month so the timing of getting the job done was drawn out more than planned. Very happy with the job and will hire Pearl Power Washing again next time I need the deck resealed.

Martin and his team were excellent. The unpredictability of the weather made scheduling difficult, but he contacted me various times to keep me informed. He wanted to make sure that quality wasn't compromised just to finish the job and move on. We also had a hot tub that we were unable to move on our own. Although he had no obligation to have his team move it, he offered his services without charging anything additional... even when they needed to come move it back two days later once the sealing was dry. We are extremely satisfied... thank you Martin and team!

I have used Pearl Powerwashing ever since I bought my home in 2004. They come every 3 years to redo my deck. I could probably go longer because the deck still looks good from their work the past three years but I have them redo it just in case. They are like ninjas. They come in and power wash the deck without making a ruckus. I have referred them to many friends and families. You won't be disappointed with their service!! They even replaced some bad boards for me.

I have a large deck area, approximately 700 sq. ft., which I am ashamed to say had been long neglected. It had previously been coated with a solid color stain. I was told by other vendors that the old stain would not be removable. Martin, the owner of Pearl Power Washing assured me that he would remove the old stain and re coat with a transparent preservative that would make the deck look new. He was absolutely correct. Additionally he replaced about six boards on the deck and my front porch as well (which he also restored). His estimate was for one to two coats but the deck was so dry it required three coats. There was no quibbling, only a concern that I would be happy with the result. I am very happy. Additionally his crew was very professional, courteous and friendly.
