It took alot more time than I was promised, but the job was done very well. Once completed he had a factory rep come to the house to "optimize" the system. This made all of the diffeence. The system is very complex and I was grateful the factory rep made all of the computer tweaks. The system has work flawlessly and I am very pleased

Randy is great! he is a good honest man that is reasonably prices. we have had him work on a few of our homes in Petoskey and he comes all the way over whenever we need and always gets the work done in a timely manner with zero issues! I would highly recommend him!!!! we will use him for years to come!

One of three plumbers we contacted for our project. (one plumbing business gave an estimate that was $1000 than Standard's, another plumbing business provided an unreasonably low estimate, then did not provide any services for 2 months although made repeated promises to start immediately. Standard Plumbing Heating and Cooling was prompt in coming and viewing our project and made recommendations to accomplish our needs. Provided written estimate within 1 week. Estimate was reasonable and sufficiently detailed to provide the necessary information to make a decision to employ the provider. Promptly began work and completed work in a reasonable time. Did not exceed estimate and provided a deduction for work that could not be performed (this work did not impair the use of the bathroom, and was, in fact, additional work suggested by the provider which was cosmetic and not functional). Highly recommend this provider for plumbing, heating and cooling services.
