 + 2 moreEverything was fantastic on that except for some wood flooring installation. The products were awesome. The guy that did the tile was great. The carpet guy was great. The guy that did the wood floor wasn't so great. He worked for Williams. He took out the old wood floor and put in the new one through the whole house. It took him a couple of weeks, and the wood was not cheap because, of what we had picked out. The lady in the salesroom was great, knowledgeable, and got me fantastic deals. She helped out a great deal and she was top-notch. The installers were top-notch except for the guy that installed the wood floor. The company overall was good and the prices were great.
Description of Work: Williams Carpet put in our flooring. We bought carpet, tiling, and wood floor.

Description of Work: Williams Carpet representative helped me select kitchen flooring, and then one of their installers did an excellent job with the installation. They were both very professional and knowledgeable, and their customer service was excellent.
