+ -1 moreThe man who came out was perfect. He was excellent. He was actually able to find the funky blue asphalt tile roof that we previously had. He was extremely professional and punctual. He gets the work done which some other people do not do anymore. His pricing was not too bad.
Description of Work: I had Rich Baum-Hi-Tech Homes build a front porch and a roof over it probably three years ago.

+ 2 moreGreat experience. We were out a lot because of husbands illness and Rich was trustworthy and came up with ideas,brought examples home- because i did not have time to shop. He was an angel at a very tough time in our lives .Trustworthy,a gentnleman and has great ideas.
Description of Work: remodel,room addition,bath,kitchen,deck,ramp,dormers,porch .Did work in stages over 3 years.Work was so good that 3 nrighbors have hired him .

+ -1 moreAwesome,he had wonderful ideas and common sense. Very, very nice person that was always sensitive to the needs of the family while he worked.A lot of attention to details and always cleaned up at the end of the day.Worked late many nights to complete an area.Made sure the house was always safe and secure while work was being completed. I cannot say enough good about this man and his work ethic.
Description of Work: Major rehab done in Fall 2009 and second phase Fall 2010.Included additions,bath,kitchen ,porch.
