It turned out to be a big mess. They got my husband to change the contract under the idea that they were offering some kind of programming. When I got home and tried to confirm the programming, there was no programming like they said. So, I had to call back to get out of the contract. We didn't end up having to pay anything. It would have been a monthly bill. It was for cable and internet. We did have internet already with them. The lady that I talked to to undo everything was fantastic. The salesman was a contracted employee. He wasn't really a Comcast employee. I felt like he deceived my husband on what we're getting into. The Comcast lady explained to me that they still get paid. They caused me all kinds of grief to undo all that. That's one of the reasons I probably won't go to them. I actually liked what I saw for the few days I had it.
