No complaints. From start to finish A-Moldavian Concrete delivered.

The garage floor work was completed first. It was finished in one day. We had no problem with their work on this job. We are not satisfied with how the patio looks. There are several large and easily visible areas close to the house where they missed applying the color. Instead you see only grey concrete. It is very noticeable and detracts from the look of the patio. It just looks like a sloppy job. I called the owner, Mehi, 4 times to come look at the problem. The first time he said he would come. I waited several weeks. No attempt was made to come out or call me. The second time he said he was sick. The third and fourth times my phone call was disconnected. It has been over six months and we have heard nothing from this company. After the snow clears I will call the owner again to see if someone will look at the patio. I will update my review then. Update: On May 6, 2014, I called the owner once more and he said he would be out within two weeks, that they had just begun their work for the spring. It has been almost 3 months since then, and over a year since the patio work. We still have not heard from him or anyone else. Since the company did not stand behind their work, we cannot at this time recommend them.

We actually didn't go with this provider. I'm simply rating based off of a missed appointment. Therefore I can't speak to the quality of the work. When I called about the appointment, it was clear that the owner was unaware he had an appointment (we had made 2 weeks prior). He did apologize and offered to come out later that night or to reschedule. It may be this doesn't happen that often but I called this service provider because he had otherwise good reviews.

Weather delayed the start but there was constant contact. Everyone was very helpful. The weather spoiled the sealer and someone came back to fix it. Overall a very poitive experience and i would have these guys back again.

The poor experiance that I had with A-Moldavin is exactly why I joined Angies list to begin with! The owner Mehi is like dealing with a used car salesman. He quoted me a price on all the work that I wanted done and said that if I was patient with him, enough to wait one to two weeks , that he would "take care " of me. I kept trying to get an estimate in writing but he would always come up with excuses like his scanner or printer was not working! I agreed to the price and the timeline then one to two weeks turned into three to four and then he had another one of his so called contractors call me to perform the work and at a much higher price. Another couple weeks went by just playing phone tag between all of us and my job never got "taken care of"! This is a horrible company with an owner that does not care about his customers what so ever. I believe that he should not even belong on Angies list other than to let everyone know to stay far away from him! I feel very stongly about this due to the way I was treated not only as a customer, but the way he spoke to me over the phone, I could not even repeat his rudeness!

Contacted A-MOLDAVIAN Concrete and Mehi the owner came out to provide estimate. Estimate was priced very good and contracted with A-MOLDAVIAN concrete for the project. On scheduled start date, we requested additional area of concrete pour that was added to the project at the original quoted rates with no delays or complications to the project. Project was started and finished on time. Mehi, the owner was on-site to take care of any issues that arose and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Mehi and his crew were very professional and courteous through out the entire job. From beginning to end, our satisfaction was Mehi's goal. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with A-Moldavian. Their price was by far the best of the four or so estimates I obtained for our job. The owner, Mehi, was on site the entire time during the framing, pouring, and stamping of our patio. (One of his colleagues returned the following day to power wash and seal it.) Mehi and his crew are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Be advised that they prefer to be paid in cash. All in all, we were pleased and would recommend A-Moldavian to others looking for poured/stamped concrete work.

Mehi, the owner personally was on the job to ensure the highest quality. He performed the work on the schedule he quoted and he and his crew were very professional.
