If you care about your house and safety, find a different electrician. They unplugged my sump pump without telling me and my basement proceeded to flood while I was out of town. Dirk lied to me and said he would take care of it, knowing it was his guy's fault, but he ghosted me and I'm unable to reach him. Aside from the flood, his guys had to come back TWICE because I found that my refrigerator and dryer were not working in days following their work. Stay away at all costs. No attention to detail, terrible customer service and caused significant home damage.

As new customers seeking an estimate, we had some trouble connecting initially, hence the B for punctuality. However, once we got on track with both the estimate and scheduled work, I found the electricians highly professional and the work of very good quality and value. Everything was done efficiently, neatly and according to estimate. We will definitely use them for future electrical work.

I called Dirk on Sept. 13, 2012 for some information on electrical work that I needed completed in my newly purchased home. He wasn't particularly nice at first while over the phone. But he quickly warmed up when he learned I was a potential customer. My only serious complaint was I asked if I could send him an e-mail with all the work that I needed done. He said yes. I sent it the same day, and he never responded.

Overall experience; he was friendly, reasonably priced and accurate in pricing, high quality work, tidy (didn't leave a mess) and above all trustworthy. For most projects we left him alone in our house, we ran errands and he called if anything came up. With other reviews I have read I cant put a value on trust. I hesitated composing this review as I would hate him to become too busy for my calls but outstanding service deserves to be acknowledged.

Come on time and did a thorough check of everything. I asked about explained what was causing the problem and demonstrated / answered all of my questions. Performed all work efficiently. Very personable.
