I lost my house key while out on a run. The tech was able to come out within 20 minutes. In 30 minutes he was able to drill thru the deadbolt to get the door open and then put a new deadbolt and doorknob on. Tech was friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

I called at 7:00 p.m. and I was promised service immediately. The service expert, Dennis, called me to tell me what time he expected to arrive within a 20 minute span. Very nice gesture. His service was impeccable and he explained pricing options and offered suggestions. He couldn't have been nicer. The locks came with 2 keys and I was very satisfied with the work. Dennis was very professional.
Description of Work: Two locks replaced and one lock re-keyed.
