People show up and standing around smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone and not doing work and then I’m getting a bill and then there’s been issues with the billing. It didn’t go smoothly.

Every year before annuals are planted. Lyn comes out and meets with me on ideas for my annuals. Lyn also provides advice on other options for my flower beds and yard. My only issue is I sometimes feel there is a lack of commuication or understanding between Lyn and the crews that come to my house. An example, I had my back yard mulched this fall for the first time in 3 years. I have the front mulched every spring. I came home and the back was mulched and so were some of my front beds again. Lyn did adjust the price for the mistake. Sometimes mulch is no put down with consistency. Some areas will be heavily mulched and some areas not enough. With my spring clean up. One year my poppies were removed. I understand they can look like a weed. However, the employees should know what plants are what. Especially if working for a garden center. Lyn replaced them right away. It may sound as if I have had issues. However, Lyn and the office staff are quick to fix the situation. They are not inexpesive. However, as a whole my yard looks great.

I went to them to find out if they carried the spice bushes I need. Needed to check with them on availability and possible options.

I've used this company three times for landscaping and related services. They've always done a good job. The work reported here was done several years ago, before I joined Angie's list. The date shown for approximate date of service is a wild guess. For the job, one of the company's people came out to inspect the area in my yard where I wanted foundation plantings. She recommended Knockout roses for the planting. I accepted that recommendation and also requested planting a mock orange shrub. The company then located the roses and mock orange and other company people planted them. They also installed a soaker hose and recommended a watering schedule, which I used for watering initially. I can't remember now what I paid for this, but think it may have been over $500. In any case, I recall thinking the cost was a little on the high side, but still reasonable. The roses turned out to be excellent choices, growing very rapidly and flowering beautifully in the location. The mock orange also has grown well but has never flowered. After a year of no flowers, I called them to inquire why. The response I got was to give it another year, which I did, but still no flowers, and no help when I called again later. (Warranty had run out.) I think the watering schedule may have required too much watering or the soaker hose may not have been installed correctly, which over-soaked the ground around the mock orange and may have impeded flowering. I now understand, however, that mock oranges sometimes don't flower for no discernible reason. Consequently, because they only planted the mock orange because I wanted it, not because they recommended it, and because they did a great job the other times I used them, I would still consider using this company in the future and would recommend them to others.

The customer service is great. As any need comes up, they still address it. They are very professional and I think the quality is very good and they are very responsive.

They did a beautiful job...however very shortly after the planting some of the plants(6 of them) showed signs of not doing well. I called them and they came out. They said to give them a chance. So I waited about a year. The same thing happened and I called them back again. They said again to wait but they came out to replace the plants. I waited another year and they were showing signs of dying. I called them and they said the set up of the shade was causing the plants to die. They designed this! They would not come out to fix the problems. I would not recommend them to anyone. The actual landscaping design is outstanding but its just that some of the plants will have to be replaced for a second time within a period of 3 years. Daniel who was in charge was very outstanding to work with. He was very cooperative and nice.

.They were professional but they were a lot more expensive than what we had discussed. So their price was a lot higher. If their prices are more reasonable they were in ballpark and we tried to streamline it. I would consider them in the future.

It was a good experience, but they were expensive. Their professionalism and quality was excellent.

Everything involving the design was excellent. However, the actual landscaping is very poor. The owner is not very responsive, I was promised one thing then something else would be done. The follow up following the planting and general landscape maintenance is not very good either. I would not use them again.

Last fall, Four Seasons landscaped my front yard. They did a good job, but I felt that I had to "manage" them. I loved the design the designer created, but when it was time to install, the original designer was on vacation and a backup designer filled in. The installed designed was different from the planned designed. I waited until the following week to discuss this with the original designer. She fixed everything, but still it was a nuisance. After the winter season, I had a few plants that did not come back so I called Four Seasons to have the plants replaced. My original designer was no longer with the company, so I was given someone new. She came out to look at the work to be done and we agreed on a plan. When the work was done, once again, the designer didn't show up and someone else did the work and it was not done correctly. So, once again, I had to call them to come back and do what they were supposed to do. My landscaping looks great, but I had to manage them.
