+ -1 moreWe do not have our warranty work completed after 2 years. This is work specified in their own warranty books and contains nothing unusual. Go to the Building Department in the city in which you are building to find out if they have had complaints about Toll. Hire another local builder to go with you to all inspections during the building process. Keep accurate records of all forms of contact with Toll. Take pictures during the building process. Go online and look for Toll Brothers building problems and you will bring up whole subdivisions with the same problems we have and our neighbors have. Our city Building Department have noted 5 other cases like ours in our sub. We are now at the state level with our case but Toll has sent false statements (x3)to them to buy time so we will get frustrated enough to just go away. Get a good lawyer if you start to have problems. Don't wait and believe in them as we did. Toll does not build ''quality'' homes as they continue to advertise. Be careful!
Description of Work: Built a new home with Toll in 2003. We did not find any negative information on them when we started this process.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOME THEY BUILT ME. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS AND NEEDS. I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL OTHERS TO USE THEM.
