I needed re-install of glass shower doors on a tight schedule, they couldn't help but found a competitor who could.

This was a conversion from a barrior free shower stall to a modern looking one, with the installation of an all glass hinged door and a stationary matching glass panel. The original instation had an acylic plastic, accordian panel door that discolored and was no longer a requirement for the shower. Visited Tim's showroom and felt immediately that they had the products, knowledge and commitment to provide a quality service. Mary, the main contact, was very knowledgable and provided a quote based on what we discussed in the showroom within a couple of days. This was a very large shower and I had many concerns about how the door and side panel would be installed, both Mary and Tim were very patient and explained everything in exacting detail. Once I decided on Tim's Glass, Tim came out and took the measurements. Again he provided much detail and I felt very confident with the company's capability. Tim's peolpe were very careful as they brought the materials through the house and into the bathroom. The existing floor was covered to prevent damage. The door turned out to be a and quot;hairand quot; to wide and they took the door back to the shop to grind down one edge and returned the same day to complete the installation. The door and side panel could not have fit better, there was no need for any silicon caulking. The installation has no matellic trim and fits the opening with very tight clearances given that walls are hardly ever straight or parallel to each other. The bathroom was left clean, as they found it. The job exceeded my expections and I would highly recommend Tim's without any hesitation. While I downgraded Tim's Glass in punctuality, he does call to inform you if he will be late. He appears to be very busy, but is definitely worth the wait. This is a company that appreciates the customer from the sales showroom right through the installation.

We had this work done in 2009, and three and a half years later are still very, very happy with our shower! We had a contractor remodel our bathroom (in our 1964 home) and wanted to have a and quot;glass shower.and quot; We live in Novi, so Tim's Glass is close to us and we had seen his product at the Home and Garden Show in Novi. Our contractor had never worked with Tim, but liked the idea that he was a small company--and thought he'd get better and more personal service, which was true. He met with Tim, who offered some good suggestions on designing the shower in our (not very large!) bathroom--and decided that's who we should go with. He said Tim's Glass wasn't going to be the cheapest, but thought he would do the best job. Our contractor was pleased with the work, too. We were and are very happy with the finished product. A few weeks after it was installed, the door would and quot;catchand quot; when it was closing, so I called Tim. He said it just needed an adjustment and he came out a few days later to fix it. He took his shoes off when he came in the house--which I thought was very nice, did the adjustment (no charge) and we've had no problems since. We squeegie the glass after we use it, and it looks great. It's a very cool look.

They did a great job and price was good. I dropped off my order on a Friday and they were getting ready for a trade show. They estimated it would take a week to complete my job. They had it done in a day. They were very friendly and Tim was good at explaining how the finished product would look.

Tim was very good about working with the contractor who was in charge of our bathroom remodel. The gentleman from Tim's came out to measure and while he was out he offered suggestions about how to format the shower for the best use of the space. He did a very good job with the plan and all the work. I think that the price for the work was fair. I could have probably found the service for cheaper, however I know that I was paying for the quality of the work.
