Description of Work: We asked for an estimate for repairing our brick pavers. He stated that the work was not extensive, but the price quoted was very high. We also took him to the front of the house and had him look at a new landscape design for the front of the house. After spending an hour and a half with us, he said he would call us but never did.

+ 0 moreTom Thelen came to the house and laid out a landscape plan for myself and my wife to agree to. He is skilled at making sketches of landscapes and making appropriates choices of plantings, both bushes and otherwise. We like what he proposed so we gave the go ahead and his team came in and did the prep work. There was considerable amount of work done to remove the roots once the tree was done in preparation for the new plants and landscaping. We extended the landscaping up alongside of the house, so it was a new area, and he made it very attractive. We've received many compliments from the people in the neighborhood about the finished landscaping and everything was done to our satisfaction. There was always a clean up at the end of the day so we didn't have to look at a mess when they were done for the day. They left nothing to be desired!
Description of Work: There was an evergreen tree out front of the house that was taller than the 2 story house that needed to be removed, it was about 36 years old. That in and of itself is a large job. When you remove a tree you always have to worry about the tree hitting the house. They weigh much more than one would think. They successfully removed the tree without any damage at all, including to the lawn.

Description of Work: They cut down a large evergreen tree. They will stump grind it and do some landscaping later on.

+ -1 moreThe project was a little late but pretty good quality job. Due to high prices of this company we decided to go elsewhere for the additional work this year. It appears that the owner didn't like it because he won't return calls regarding some the the work done last summer. That, in my eyes, is poor customer service.
