Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning all the carpets in my house. Dried as fast as the typical steam cleaning but this used only healthy cleaning ingredients. All stains were pre-treated and they were permanently removed. Very satisfied

 + -1 moreJason was professional and courteous. He arrived an hour or so earlier than expected, which we rather appreciated. He spent about the hours to clean the carpet in three rooms, and the walls around where a cat litter box had been from the previous resident. All the cat odor and stains are completely eliminated! I will definitely hire The Green Way Carpet Cleaning again. Highly recommended!

 + -1 moreJason is the owner and service provider. He was pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. I have pets and was pleased to learn that the "green" products he uses are safe for my cats. I felt he was thorough in the cleaning and especially surprised that my carpets dried quicker than most of the carpet cleaners I've used in the past. I have just hired him again to clean my carpets next week.
Description of Work: Clean carpets in approximately 1000 square foot house plus one stair way.

 + -1 moreThey were professional and responsive. I do not dislike anything about them. I have recommended them to others. They are a little bit pricier than others. Most companies usually soak our carpets but they use a nontoxic spray that crystallizes on top of the carpet and then they use a high powered heavy duty bristle brush that pulls up whatever the crystallized substance attaches to and then they just vacuum over it, so my carpet is dry. It is an environmentally friendly cleaning. The price is worth it. I would use them again in the future.

 + -1 moreJason was very prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he would, did a very thorough job of steaming and then vacuuming, and was very nice. We were incredibly surprised about how much nicer the carpet looked -- not only cleaner but also more full. We believe it added several years of life to the carpet. And yet he used "green" cleaners on it -- which was important to us.

 + -1 moreUsing stand alone machine(not truck mounted) and "natural" non-toxic carpet cleaning liquid to clean the carpet. He was very plesant work with and the carpet looked great including the "pile" was restored(carpet was fluffed up).
