REFLECTIONS PRESSURE WASHING AND WINDOW CLEANING

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS I BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND TOOK THE DAY OFF WORK. THIS COMPANY NEVER SHOWED UP, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THIS PAST FRIDAY JULY 13, 2018, AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I TRIED AGAIN ON SATURDAY, NO RETURNED CALL. I HAD A FRIEND CALL TODAY JULY 16, AND SHE LEFT A MESSAGE, ACTING LIKE A NEW CUSTOMER AND KEN ANSLEM THE OWNER RETURNED HER CALL, AND AS SOON AS I ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID WHO I WAS, HE HUNG UP ON ME., VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Very disappointed with Ken the owner of Reflections. I am a returning customer. I called Ken last fall, 2017, and he indicated that he was booked solid for the rest of the year. I asked if I could go ahead and book him for the spring of 2018 and he requested that I wait and contact him in March of 2018, which I did on the 13th of March. I wanted 2 services performed, first I wanted our vinyl siding power washed and after that I wanted our windows cleaned, inside and out. Ken offered me a date of May 11th at 9:00 AM for the vinyl cleaning and May 14th at 9:00 AM for the window cleaning which I agreed with. May 11th arrived and no one showed up or called. I called around noon to see what was happening, I left a voice mail message which was never returned. They never did show up on the 11th so I called again on Saturday May 12th and left another voice mail message to see what date they were going to reschedule my work for. Ken never returned my phone call. Monday the 14th of May arrived and again they were a no show and no contact. I understand that schedules may need to be changed but I consider it unacceptable to not return a customers phone call. I see that the last review for this company was posted back in July of 2016. Maybe they have gone out of business. Angieslist should follow-up to see if they are in business or not. I will certainly not use them again.

They did not return our call. We left a message that went unanswered and we called two other times with no answer (we did not leave additional messages.) They cleaned out windows before and did a satisfactory job, they were responsive previously. Not good enough to chase them down.

Individual arrived as scheduled and started cleaning immediately. Windows, screens and skylights look great. He pointed out that we have a broken seal on one skylight. So we are in the process of replacing it. Very satisfied and will use them again.

We recently purchased out home and needed to have home cleaned as we were moving in. We called a few companies and this one was the most responsive and most flexible around our schedule. They came out and cleaned our windows (inside and out) and screens. They were professional, on time and did a great job!

Very reliable as usual. They are always on time and do an excellent job. We have been using their service for years.

They were on time, friendly, neat, polite, efficient. Always reliable! They even cam back to do an extra project (shower doors). What a pleasure to work with ken!

We have been using Reflections window cleaning for several years. Ken and his team are reliable, courteous and do an outstanding job. They handle our windows and screens carefully. They wear protective shoe covers inside the home and clean up after themselves. They are knowledgeable about various windows as well as types of glass used. I recommend them highly.

This is our third year using Ken and his company. He has always been very reponsive and fair in his quotes. This year, Ken's crew had to work around a separate crew working on my sprinkler system but that did not seem to bother them. His crew was efficient yet thorough. The windows look great and he spent a fair amount of time personally cleaning the chandelier. He even notified me of some bad bulbs and replaced them. Ken is always personable and friendly. We plan to continue using Relections for future window cleanings.

Excellent job, they were punctual and completed the job in about an hour. Would highly recommend.

This company was one of the best I have ever encountered. They could not be more efficient or nicer. I sent an e-mail telling them how many windows I had, they responded with a price. To the person who gave a bad review because they did not come out to give an estimate - I really don't feel that is needed. A small company just does not have the time or manpower to do that. They give a price per window, fairly simple - no need to actually see the windows. They arrived promptly on the date scheduled, were finished in about 45 minutes, and did a fabulous job. I will never attempt to clean my own windows again. I have already referred them to two of my friends. I could not be happier with their work.

This was the neatest and most efficient window cleaning job I have ever encountered. There are three stories and all of the windows were spotless when the men finished.

I sent an email for Reflections though Angie's List with no response. I called the company number listed in their profile and Ken answered right away. Upon requesting an estimate, I was told that they price per window depending on the type of window. I asked about chandeliers, to which he expressed very specific requirements and the same response was given in regard to my outside lighting fixtures. I have a 3900sq.ft, two story home with different types of window and fixtures. This approach to not doing proper estimates does not for me!

Arranged a date for him to come within a few days of inital phone call. Called on his way over to do the job. Worked very hard. Was very professional and pleasant.

I spoke with the owner who answered the phone when I called. I was scheduled for the same week I called. He explained that he charges by the window-$3.50 per side. He arrived on time with one helper and finished my 22 windows, both sides, in about 2 hours. I was actually impressed with how clear and clean the windows were. He also shared some advice regarding window repairs and some of my windows that are painted shut. I have hired other window cleaners and Reflections is the best.

Right from the beginning, Ken was very professional. He was on a roof when I initially contacted him. He stated that he would call me back in 5 minutes which he did. He answered my questions, scheduled the appt., and now I get to enjoy the beautiful view through glass that doesn't even look like it exists.

I was very pleased with the results - they got my windows sparking clean. My husband and I appreciated the friendly, professional demeanor of Ken and his helper. They were very eager to please and even went above and beyond what we asked.

This company cleaned the inside and outside (including screens) of all our windows. We recently moved into the house and the prior owners had never had the windows cleaned (8 years!). The windows were unbelievably dirty inside and needed extra work. They did a great job cleaning the windows and were polite and courteous. The only issue was that there seemed to be miscommunication on the start time, since the crew arrived 45 minutes later than expected. The owner, who was onsite, apologized profusely and they started working immediately. Overall, the service was extremely good and we would definitely use them again!!

I contacted Reflections and requested a quote. On May 12, 2012, the owner, Ken Anselm stopped by and gave me an estimate which was less than $220. The work was scheduled for 12:30 on June 5, 2012 which was selected by us due to travel plans. On June 12th, Ken and his crew arrived by 12:00 and wanted to know if they could start early. No problem. They started and in less than 3 hours my windows, screens and skylights looked fantastic. They are very professional. After they left, I was sitting in my kitchen looking out a window on my sun porch and it was so clear it appeared that there wasn't any glass. The windows are great. Reflections is definitely a winner!

It was cold and rainy and they did a great job. The price was good. They were personable and I always like people who are customer-oriented. They come in and do the job and they will answer questions. They even cleaned the windows from the outside on the second floor. We called them and they came out. I was really happy with them.

They do a great job. They clean they clean both the inside and outside of the windows and clean the screens. They are very flexible. They are reasonable priced. They are very careful not track anything into the house. They are very thorough.

On time and done quick. Great job . A+ Service
