Description of Work: House closing unexpected and had to vacate on short notice. Sent packers, moved everything on time, and arranged for storage for several months. Easily scheduled move of my household belongings.

Description of Work: People on the ground did a decent job to pack, move and unpack. I choose this company over some of the local companies based on the reviews on Angies list and record in customer service and lower price point. Unfortunately none of these proved to be true in my experience. They provided a low quote to win my business. They failed to complete the packing based on the estimated time frame leaving all most half of my house hold items to be packed by myself. I ended up moving many of my belongings using a Uhaul truck, 30 boxes, 4 bikes and a garage full of item, which were included in the original estimate. They still charge me the full estimated cost for the move. Don't be fooled by their low estimates! |When I complained to their regional manager, he promised to get back with me within coupe of days. Two weeks have passed and he doesn't even respond to my phone calls or emails. I have escalated my complaints to their head office and waiting to hear back.

Description of Work: We moved fron MI to IL. I was very anxious about this move because we had a big house full from top to bottom, but this company was great! They were very professional, careful, packed EVERYTHING very carefully, labeled it all, etc... They were very careful not to damage any of our belongings, floors, doors, or walls. Mind you, keeping the floors clean is particularly hard to do in the middle of a very snowy winter. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: The estimator, Robin, made an extensive inventory, and explained in detail, all the services to be rendered, including packing and storage. The estimate was extremely detailed and reasonable. Robin was very professional, kind and patient. Dealing with her gave us great confidence in the move and the ability of her company to provide excellent service and peace of mind. I also met the moving coordinator, Marissa, as she gave me gently used boxes and packing materials to get started. The move will not be for several weeks, I am no longer dreading it, as the customer service so far, has been outstanding. I feel that any issues that may come up will be dealt with in a competent, professional manner.

Description of Work: We moved cross country from Michigan to Florida. Our belongings were picked up by Premier and placed in storage for 3 months then transported to Florida via their partner, Corrigan/United. This is the best move experience we've ever had. From start to finish, the movers were professional, upbeat, and very careful with our belongings as well as the premises. Great care was taken to place runners, protect doorways and wrap several of our more fragile items. We had a fairly large load. The approximate cost represents move from house one to storage, storage fees, and move out of storage to house two.

Description of Work: Moved us from Michigan to South Carolina. Joe Hunter from Jacksonville,fla was the truck driver and the main person in loading/unloading of our goods. Could not believe how professional and adept this gentleman was in everything from putting a 53 foot truck and trailer down our 500 foot driveway to taking the goods up two levels at a storage facility. Joe drives for Mayflower and was an absolute dream to work with! The whole move was flawless because of his work ethics! Thanks Joe & Nate ( Joe's helper)

Description of Work: Move from Milford, MI to Detroit, MI, with an extra stop at a Salvation Army donation center. Went fine.

Description of Work: Move entire 4 bed household form MI to NV. Included packing everything, moving onto storage for 2 months, delivery to NV. Did not include unpack.

Description of Work: We used Premier (Mayflower) to move our possessions from Michigan to Colorado and they did a wonderful job. The estimator, coordinator, packing team, and driver were great. Mike, the driver, was very experienced in packing and loading. All of our possessions arrived intact. We paid an outside company (recommended by Premier) to crate the antique marble pieces and it was well worth the expense. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.
