Premier immediately assessed my needs and sent out a consultant to work with me. I was fortunate enough to work with Robin and Marissa... both who helped me and checked in on me throughout the moving process. Robin visited my apartment and provided me with affordable options...I was a recent college grad at the time making my second big move across the country which is not cheap! Robin felt like family and understood how important it was for me to move without worrying about all the little details. I ended up using Premier over my company's recommended moved because they were so quick, efficient, and understanding of my crazy situation. The movers that packed me took less than three hours and were so friendly even fighting through the terrible weather we were having. My stuff arrived in Houston and an awesome team drove all the way to Austin and unpacked me in a little over two hours...and I now live on the third floor! Everyone from the office workers to the movers were great to work with. I had broken a part of my bed before the move and the movers who unpacked me offered to fix it in Texas! The difference with Premier is that they treat you like family. They go above and beyond and as a single young female trying to move on my own was not an option. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Will definitely be using them again for future moves!

Once eventually sorted out (a 2nd truck was sent with another crew) they quickly made up time. Head mover and his crew were amazing and knowledgeable. Moved across country and was quick unload and main crew even helped with 2nd truck unload despite being finished with their own. Can't emphasis skill of head mover. NOTHING was broken! If all their moving teams are this good then every move should go great!

Movers were professional, careful, courteous, as well as fun to be around. Treated our treasures as their own. Went above and beyond with planning, packing the truck, addressing any concerns we might have had, helping us stay light-hearted and inspired (while we finished up the packing the day of the move). From our first contact in the office, to the estimator who came out (and later provided us with used boxes we were able to recycle back to him), to the guys who did the physical move, we would happily use them again. But we're hoping we never have to move again!

I thought the service and communication from the estimator to Lina, the pickup and delivery, were all well coordinated, and well explained to me. Everything was on time and my belongings arrived in great condition. I have used a couple of movers in the past but they did not compare to Premier Relocations. I have already recommended them to friends and would use them again.

The move went very well. The Driver, person who gave us the estimate and the coordinator were very knowledgeable and the information they gave us about our move was correct. The estimate we were given for the move was what we paid. The loaders/packers and the people who unloaded and unpacked were very careful with our possessions. Nothing was broken in the move and no additional scratches on the furniture were noticed once the furniture was moved into the house. I can't say enough good things about the truck driver. He made sure everyone knew what the were supposed to do and made sure they did it. The truck Driver was in constant communications with us from March 4th through March 9th while they were in transit. The Driver even followed up with us to make sure everything had gone like it was supposed too. I would highly recommend Premier Relocations LLC.

The receptionist I spoke to was very friendly and pleasant but not helpful at all. She did not know your hourly rate for loading a moving truck. I am active duty military, and I move all the time. I move myself but hire a moving company to help load and unload the truck. Every moving company I call can tell me their hourly rate for loading as well as a minimum time. She did not know the hourly rate and had to put me on hold to go find it. After a couple minutes she came back and told me it was $136 an hour. Which is pretty high, so I asked what the crew size was. She said it was for a crew of 4. If that is the case it is a very good price. She was not sure on the crew size, so still ended up being transferred to someone else and got their voice mail.

It went very well. I liked that they sent an estimator out to view the contents of what was to be moved. Being a female who lives alone, I especially liked hat the estimator, Robin, was also female. The estimate was within $20 of the actual cost and Robin was spot on about the amount of time the move would take. I also liked that there were two insurance options available and that she offered both to me and explained the differences. I also received an estimate from another mover over the phone who gave me a cheaper price, but I went with Premier because of the second insurance option, because they bill on the quarter hour, because I didn't have to make a down payment prior to the move to reserve my date and because they sent an estimator to the house. I did go back to the other mover and asked specific questions about all of the above before making my decision based on information Robin offered during her visit. I was contacted by a move coordinator with a day of receiving the estimate and contacted the Friday before to get the two-hour window when the moving crew would show up. The moving crew, Kenny, Scott and Joseph were on time and in addition to being very professional, answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about some specific items. They were friendly and personable and I enjoyed having them in my home. Their team work as a crew was like a well-oiled machine and they completed the move in the amount of time given in the estimate. Once a few items were in the apartment, I realized they need to be moved to a different room or location and even though they guys were starting to get tired, they always said "No problem". The location I moved to has a tight, winding staircase, which was one of my concerns, and they got everything (even the very heavy items) in without damaging anything. I am very, very pleased.

The service went well. They were professional. They showed up on time. They moved everything rapidly. They were a knowledgeable crew. I kind of had a problem with the estimate that was provided. The person that provided the estimate kind of underbid on some things. So, I can only assume that he underbid on some things so that his price estimate would be low. The estimate was not as accurate as it should have been. The crew was aware of it and said that he has been doing that. That his estimates in one particular area are always low so then, the customers get mad. The crew took care of me. They told me that they were not going to charge me for that stuff.

This moving company is professional and does excellent work. The staff is attentive and caring, and you can trust that your belongings are in good hands. In previous years, I moved from New York to Michigan, and subsequently moved several times within the state of Michigan. and this is the best mover I have ever used. They are also very trustworthy as to their price estimates and what they promise to do. That is a trait which I have found to be rare in the residential moving industry. They also packed some of my larger pictures and tiffany lamps, none of which were damaged in any way. The movers at origin did a great job and were very helpful, as I was still packing some last minute items on the day of the move. The customer service staff at Premier were constantly in touch with me as I drove from Michigan to Las Vegas to let me know where my shipment was in transit. The goods were delivered to me one day earlier than promised, and everything was in excellent condition. At the destination warehouse, Premier had actually taken it upon themselves to pack some of my smaller items in larger boxes at no charge to consolidate for the long distance move. The movers at destination also did a great job, moving everything in very quickly and putting together some furniture items. I was particularly impressed by the driver's experience at destination as I had moved to a gated apartment complex, which posed some challenges for the 18 wheeler truck maneuvering. The driver insisted on speaking to apartment management to determine the best way to handle the situation in a professional manner. The Premier staff called several times afterwards to follow up on how the move went. I was then very pleasantly surprised when two weeks after the move I received a refund of over $600 as an adjustment to the weight of my shipment. I had dreaded getting the estimates from various movers up front, as my experience in the past had been that the mover would provide an estimate and then at the end they would bill you an additional amount based on "extra" services they had supposedly provided. Premier Relocations handled the financial matters of the move in a very professional and trustworthy manner. I would recommend them to anyone for a local or long distance move.

They were very good. Very careful with all of our stuff, tried to not scratch up walls, floors and other furniture. They were polite and professional. We are pleased with the service.

We have scheduled Premier for an upcoming move across the state. They came out to our house and provided a free estimate along with some moving tips and what to expect. They also provided a moving consultant that we have worked with to make sure we have everything we need prior to the move. We are on schedule to move in the next few days.

I was very happy with all the services provided and would use this company again.

Gary came out the following day after the initial call to provide an estimate. He said it would take approx. 7 hours to complete the move. When scheduling the move, I advised I wanted an early AM start time. You do not know where you are on the schedule until the day before, luckily, we got our early time. The movers called when they were on their way. They worked hard, and handled the furniture and clothing/boxes and such with care. Everything arrived in one piece. The estimate was very accurate to the actual time involved.

They came out and gave me an estimate to move all my furniture and boxes that I would pack. Two day's before the move my family came and moved all of my boxes and quite a bit of my furniture. The only stuff left to move was my larger furniture. I called Premier the day before and gave them the heads up that there was less to move. They sent 3 men instead of 4, which wasn't unexpected. Because I had already moved so much, I was really shocked that it cost almost as much as the amount quoted. Having said that, they guys that moved me did a great job. They worked hard, were very professional and handled my furniture with care. My problem is that I feel the estimate was way too low. I don't think I would use them in the future because the estimate can't be trusted.

It went far better than I thought it was going to go. After hearing all the horror stories about moving it went better than I thought. They may hit a wall here or there but there was no real problems. They were on time, helpful, and they cleaned up after everything was done. I would really have no complaints about them at all.

The entire process went very smoothly. We were extremely impressed from our first contact with Joseph Bjerk who came to our home, explained the process, provided an estimate and patiently answered our many questions. Our driver Shane did a wonderful job of packing and loading our possessions, answering our questions and taking care of all arrangements needed for the move. Shane was very professional, personable, organized, efficient and caring. He arrived on the date and time for pickup, as promised and delivered our possessions on the date and time as promised. There is nothing negative to report with any part of the process or any staff member. We would highly recommend this Mayflower location and staff to anyone interested in having an excellent moving experience!

I communicated primarily with Chuck Jerore. We had a specific time frame in which we wanted the move done and they were very accommodating as far as working with our schedule. I interviewed three companies and their prices were comparable but a little less expensive than the other providers.

They had two people that were packing our things. One of the packers put a jar of prego sauce and a bottle of fudge sauce in the middle of my crystal in a box together. He should have put the other items in the box with the can goods, but the packers put these goods in with my crystal on purpose. They broke a statue that was over a hundred years old which was they only wrapped in one sheet of paper. They offered only us 60 cents a pound to make up for the issue. One of the packers had an attitude because he did not want to do the job. Everything that went missing or was broken was from the packer with the attitude. The woman I dealt with at the office was very nice and responsive. The driver was outstanding and understood our frustrations with the packers.

They did packing, crating, and the moving. When they delivered everything the movers did a lot of the reassembling. They did a such a great job and made the process of moving easy. They were in constant contact with us which relieved stress.

They did an excellent job. I have been impressed with their professionalism and promptness. They are also very careful with your belongings. The first time I used their service they broke one item and it was no hassle to have it fixed and paid for by them.

The company was excellent. Personal service throughout the entire process. People who packed and picked up our items and the men who delivered them were very professional. They were very helpful, offering suggestions with packing to help make our experience even better. The price they quoted was the correct price in the end. I would use them again.

The movers and drivers were extremely professional, respectful of our belongings and very organized with the move. My phone calls were returned promptly and professionally. Moving is such a stressful event and these people removed as much of that stress as they possibly could. I would recommend them to everyone. They make moving feel so much easier. They all did a great job and we are very grateful. Please give them business, you will be very satisfied!

Very well. Did some damage to house we were selling and lost bed reassembly supplies temporarily (about 1.5 hours) Very little damage to furniture despite two months of storage (essentially moving the goods 4 times).
