He helped us find the perfect home in an area we were completely unfamiliar with, in a very short time due to a job relocation. He made us feel at home with the area and gave us complete confidence in the whole process of buying the new home. We contacted Richard by email the second week of October and he responded back immediately. He helped us look at homes both the weekend of the 17th and the 31st of October. It was on the second weekend we found a home we loved and Richard helped us put in an offer. He kept us up to date the entire month of November even though we were still out of state at the time. Richard was the main contact for the entire purchase process since I was 3 hours away. We closed on the home on December 15th. We couldn't be happier with the job Richard did for us. Richard's commission was the standard 6% of the sale price of the home.

Lon came to visit us and spent several hours explaining the Perna teams experience, knowledge, history, statistics. Then went on to explain what to expect with the process and how we as owners could do to prepare the home for showings. Then a photographer was sent out to take pictures for the listing. Once the home was listed, the appointments began to pile in. A computerized scheduler contacted us to schedule them. It was non-stop for 4 days. We received 4 or 5 offers and accepted one of them. The Perna Team arranged for everything. This was the easiest experience for us.

There were some bumps along the way, not the fault of my agent, and Craig helped me to navigate through some difficult situations and one really crummy day.
