About us

K & M Construction has been in business for 18 years. The owner, Michael Hatcher has worked in the industry for over 33 years. Michael works alongside his employees on every job using a limited number of subcontractors. We subcontract out our tile work, dry wall finishing and work with a master plumber. Billing procedures vary base on the job; we work with the customer.

Services we offer

K & M Construction does a wide variety of home remodeling, including additions, finished basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and windows and door walls. On a smaller scale, we replace countertops, faucets, and sinks, vanities, drop ceilings, interior and exterior door replacements We also do trim carpentry; crown molding, base trim, chair rail, door trim, wainscoting. Custom bookcase and built in units.

K & M typically does not paint or stain that is not our expertise. We have qualified, neat, clean, responsible subcontractors that we work with. Use our subs or yours.
