+ -1 moreI paid for total membership. I bought mesh system and big screw tv with instalation. I setup appointment. After that started my huge trouble. 3 days appointments no one show up and no one called. They explain me that it’s 3 rd party companies. They are not responsible for anything. Finally on fourth day I setup geek squad from Best Buy. It was very professional installation. They tald me that I don’t need mesh system. When I brought back to Best Buy they refuse accept return. Manager on duty was rude and was not taking to me. Just said it’s out of return time. No one considered that I waste 3 days just sewing that installation.
Description of Work: I need IMMIDIATELY return my money for mesh system. Also return money for total membership because you just cheat customers

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM WELL AND LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK.
Description of Work: THEY REINSTALLED SOFTWARE, DEBUGGED THE COMPUTER AND CHECKED IT FOR VIRUSES.

I'VE HAD A NUMBER OF MINOR PROBLEMS WITH THE TV, AND THE BEST BUY SERVICE TECHNICIAN (WHO HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME PERSON) HAS DONE AN AMAZING JOB IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRING IT. THE TECHNICIAN IS QUICK, EFFICIENT, AND VERY FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: BEST BUY HAS MADE SEVERAL REPAIRS TO MY DLP PROJECTION TV SINCE I PURCHASED IT.
