It was done quickly. However the screens both needed to be replaced. I had to go in twice, after months of using a shoddy screen the finally degraded to the point that CPR would accept that it was worthy of being replaced. My daughters was degrading too, but before we could demonstrate this, it cracked, so they refused to repair it. They initially wanted to charge me $130 for a second replacement screen for her phone. After I complained the manager offered to replace it for the cost of the part $90. However I decided that I didn't want to get yet another shoddy screen, so I went to the Apple Store. Their cost for parts and labor for an original Apple part? $129. Highly recommend the Apple store.
