+ -1 moreSeveral years ago, we bought a bank-owned house with a lot of problems. About three years ago, the boiler went out. We called another HVAC guy, who said everything was gummed up and it had to be replaced, at a cost of about $10,000. We called John, at Complete Mechanical Solutons. He re-built and cleaned it at a cost of about $1,000, replacing incorrectly installed natural gas fittings in the process (we are on propane). It has worked fine ever since. I figure he saved us about $9,000.

+ -1 moreHe answered the phone at ~2 in the morning and agreed to meet me at 8am. He arrived at 8am and performed the work stated above. I now have heat, which is really good because it's one of those below 0and deg; days.
Description of Work: Provider diagnosed the cause of my furnace being out. the outage was caused by the combustion airflow ducts being iced over which blew out the capacitor on the motor. He removed the ice and replaced the capacitor.
