The Amistee team did a great job cleaning our ducts. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job working around me and my kids. Their process is far better than other services since they access ducts from actual vent openings and not just he furnace area like some other companies we hired. I will be using them again in the future for air duct cleaning.

Josh and Mike were absolutely excellent. Very professional and friendly. They did a very through job of cleaning all of my air ducts and returns along with the blowers on my furnace. It took them a little longer than they expected but it had been quite a while since my ducts had been cleaned. They found items in my ducts that the last company missed. Price was the same or comparable with other duct cleaning services. I will call Amistee air duct cleaning again.

The first time out, the crew missed some vents. I contacted the company and they came out and redid it all over again the very next day. They were very apologetic. Mistakes happened, I understand. Their way of handling itvwas professional and courteous. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends and will hire them again.

Today at 12:21pm Tyler and Austin were very professional. They accommodated me having to move my crazy dog from one room to outside to back in the room. They also were very patient about me being in the way a few times with my baby. The before and after photos of the ducts was crazy! So glad we used Amistee!

Glenn and George were on time, friendly and very professional, The whole process was easy. Phone call to Amistee with a quick next day appointment time. They gave me a two hour window and called me when they were a half hour away. No surprises. I appreciated the follow up phone call to see if everything was acceptable. Emailed me before and after pictures. Price was right! A very well run company and I would recommend Glenn and George to anyone who wants an excellent job done on their air ducts being cleaned.

The guys arrived on right on time and started working right away. They worked well as a team on moving through all the registers in the house, ensuring that nothing in the house was damaged by moving the hoses around. They spent plenty of time working to ensure and very thorough cleaning of the system was performed. Up till now, i was not a big believer in duct cleaning, but after seeing the before and after pictures, i am convinced it was a worthwhile effort.

The guys were on time, professional and got to work quickly. Explained what and why about the job. Good spirits about working and no mess when they left. I believe I picked the right company for the job and these guys did the job as they said they would.

Amistee is excellent, and I plan to use them again. This is the 2nd time I’ve hired them to clean my home air ducts. The workers were very friendly and professional and did a great job of explaining eveything they were going to do. The office staff was prompt, and gave me several reminder calls (day before and when workers were on way to my house). They also called to follow up afterwards to make sure everything went well. I had my air ducts cleaned 4 years ago, and we since we have 4 pets, they recommend cleaning every 3-5 year to get rid of the accumulated pet hair, dust and dander. They also vacuumed out my dryer vents, which should be done at least once a year. I highly recommend them.

Techs opened up ducts all over clean laundry and laundry room floor without drops or any protection. They left all the filth that spilled out on floor and all over folded linens. It took 7 days to get 2 before and after pictures where you cannot tell which one is before or after. Very disappointing for the money.

They were very professional and did their work , however, when cleaing my furnance, two pieces were broken and consequently my furnace and air conditioner did not work. I had to call my furnace people to fix the problem which cost me 159.00. Amistee was very reponsive to my complaint and they rembursed me not only for my bill but the total charge of 400.00. I know that they are very conscientious because of that act.

It went very well. They came on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves and seemed to know how to do their jobs.

Great! Called to make appointment. They gave estimate over the phone based on size of home, ease of furnace access, etc. Scheduled for them to come out about two weeks later. Two guys showed up in big vacuum truck and took great care in protecting and keeping my floors/walls clean. Took about two hours to complete job. Ladies on phone and service tech guys were all very kind and courteous. Would hire again!!

I was very pleased with the cleaning itself. Technicians Jimmy and Scott were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Some of my return air vents are obscured by furniture, but they had no trouble finding and cleaning them. Afterward, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no trace of their presence. My only criticism is that it took two weeks and a couple of phone calls to the office to receive the “before” and “after” photos of my main air duct. Some of this delay may have been due to problems with either my or their email server. In the end, Amistee staff member Donna graciously spent several minutes on the phone with me while I emailed her, she replied back with the photos, and she waited to make sure I could open them. Thank you, Donna! The photos certainly make me glad I hired Amistee, because the dark gray fuzzy clumps and white linty-looking sheets that had been hanging out in my ducts are gone. Phew! Hurray for cleaner air!

There was a mix up in the scheduled time and ended up coming late. However, Melvin and Greg were very professional and thorough with the work. Duct cleaning wasn’t messy and I noticed the difference once the furnace was turned on. They also cleaned the dryer vent. Very satisfied with the work.

Joe and Kyle from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning showed up right on time on 10/26/17. It's rare that I get a time range from a contractor and they show up at the very start of that range. I was very pleased. The company also gave me a call to let me know they were arriving shortly. They were very good about explaining what they were doing and why. My home was built around 1979 and the duct work was never properly cleaned until I hired Amistee. I received before/after photos in email a few days after the work was complete. I'm very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of Joe and Kyle. The inside of the ducts look like brand new. I have allergies and I could feel an improvement in the air quality. I also opted for the sanitation which was an additional small cost ($65) which was no surprise as we discussed it when I first contacted them.
