Description of Work: Whole house air duct cleaning and drier vent. I've had other duct cleaning companies before and Amistee was by far the best. The technicians explained everything and also gave me some advice about how to make my system more efficient. Their price is based on home size not number of vents which I understand often results in unexpected hidden costs. Will use them again in the future. Also, there was an Angie's list discount that I was able to take advantage of!

Description of Work: Cleaned the air vents and dryer vent. Everything went fine until we went down to the basement and there were metal pieces and a film on everything in the sewing room. Before they began the process I asked if I should cover my sewing items and they stated no. However things were covered when finished. I wish I would have covered things, so in the future cover items so clean up is easier and safer.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. Professional, timely, quick. I had two furnaces so the cost was higher. They directed me to two coupons so I was able to get the clothes dryer vent cleaned essentially for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: My dryer duct was quickly cleaned successfully and the young men were prompt, friendly, and efficient. I would make two request for the future: 1) carry replacement vent caps, and 2) after finishing the work come back inside the house and check the dryer duct. It turned out that the duct tape joining parts of the duct at a bend came apart in the cleaning process and a cold wind was blowing into my basement. The hinged cover to the duct opening to the outdoors was no longer closing either. I doubt this was a result of the cleaning, it just would be nice to know the job was completely finished. I would have been glad to pay for a new cap.
