Description of Work: they were very accomodating - they waited patiently since they came 10 min early. one vent seemed to be missed which i didn't notice until 3 months had passed and i saw it thinking that there's quite a bit of debris that was seeing. i wasn't there for the completed job - my adult 30 year daughter was and she should not have agreed to not having them vacuum up the debris in the furnace room. this was my first experience with any duct cleaning company and since i know better now i would be very clear in my expectations

Description of Work: Technician was honest, professional, and repaired another companies' mistake. Would definately use this company again.

Description of Work: The guys were very nice as well as the lady working at the office who took my call and called me as a follow up. They did the job well. Saw the pictures, and the ducts are now clean. I thought the sanitizer was over priced. $65 for a few sprays from a hand-held spray bottle. I'd use them again but would ask that they clean up better. We had to go over the areas they worked and do a lot of cleaning up. Also my daughter's vanity was bumped and they knocked over some of her makeup and didn't put it back. Those are my only complaints.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Amistee Duct Cleaning. In the process of examining our air ducts before cleaning them, they found asbestos tape on the ducts that we had not seen previously. Accordingly, they said that cleaning the ducts would not be safe until the asbestos was removed. Since Amistee does not do asbestos removal, I am in the process of contacting a company to remove it. It is possible (likely) that less reliable duct cleaning companies might not have found the asbestos. Others might have found the asbestos and still done the cleaning with the result that our air ducts would be filled with asbestos. Even though I wanted to pay them something for finding the asbestos and for their honesty in not doing the work, they did not charge me anything. When the asbestos has been removed you can guess who I will be calling to clean the air ducts: Amistee Duct Cleaning!

Description of Work: Excellent ..... Dan and Jeff are a great team, very respectful and willing to take the time to explain things. I am a former business owner and I know good help when you see it, you have 2 great guys working for you, they represent Amistee very well. I am re modeling a 40 plus year old house and I was shocked at the before pics of what lives in the air ducts. The after pics showed debris was gone. Excellent results, very happy and will recommend. Description of Work: Dave and Dev called before they arrived. They were through, and explained the procedures they preformed as they were doing the job. They took pictures of before and after the job which they showed me. I would recommend them to others.They cleaned all the hot and cold air ducts and registers.

Description of Work: Chad and Jason, our technicians, arrived at the scheduled time. They explained the exact procedure of what they were about to do. They placed shoe protectors on their feet. They were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. When I asked how often the ducts should be cleaned, they said every three to five years. I will certainly call Amistee again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned all duct work, cold air returns,vents,registors,etc... They were one time ,recieved call from their office when they were going to arrive. The service men were polite ,very professional in every way. We would use Amistee again and again in the future if needed.
