Procraft did no work.
Description of Work: Albert Kuchan, from Procraft Construction, gave me an estimate. I agreed to estimate. I was told all costs were covered. We signed a contract. Then Procraft voided the contract and voided the building permit. They said they would return my money except for costs they incurred. They returned all but $113.73.

You requested your money back and I returned every dime you paid me less the 499.00 permit fee I had to eat, I also gave you the 83.00 for the over payment you paid me for the application fee I had to pay for your job plans I drew up and submitted to the city I made 5 trips to the building department on your behalf after a local contractor Ripped you off for 2,000.00 If you do not recant your statements I will mail every piece of documentation of your job to Angies list to prove my innocents in this matter to include, Your deposit check, the building permit and Application fee I paid for, and copy's of your refund checks, Sir, you got all your money back ,you know you did, there is no reason to treat me this way. I was the third contractor you have dealt with in the last 3 years, You said you did not like what my electrician told you, well [Member name removed] he said that your electrical would not pass code. we have to pull building permit and a electrical permit that is just the way it is. and that is why you got mad, I will not do a job if I can't do it right, and above board, I have been in business for 38 years with a spotless reputation and I will not nor will my company be blacked mailed by the likes of you, also if anybody reading this has any question of my or my company's integrity please feel free to contact me and I will send all [Member's name removed] contract info to you for review to prove the accusations are 100% false.
