 + -1 moreHis name is Jim Porterfield. I know him, and he does all my work. He charges differently from other companies, which I like. He says that it is going to take us this long and that they are going to charge us this much per hour. A lot of these companies come out and say that it's a big tree and it's going to be $1000. He says that he will just charge us what it takes for him to do it. It's usually a whole lot cheaper, and not just because we are friends. The last time I used him, he saved me some money. He said that he could trim up the pine trees and that I don't need to take them down. It looks really nice.
Description of Work: I use Porterfield Tree Consulting for tree service. The last time I used them, I had a bunch of pine trees that needed either removal or trimming.

 + -1 moreHe is a certified arborist. He is local which is important to me. I was referred to him by a family friend. He was very professional and punctual. He was by himself out in 102 degrees doing all the work.
Description of Work: I used Porterfield Tree Consulting for tree pruning. He did a Pine tree and a Magnolia. He also came to look at a Maple I had to see if I could save it but unfortnately, I could not.
