Description of Work: We had a shower with very low water pressure. Long's Plumbing came out and made a simple adjustment that fixed the low pressure. The work was completed in less than an hour. Plumber showed up at the scheduled time, explained the work clearly, and cleaned up after he was finished. It's great to have decent pressure in the shower. I hope we don't need plumbing service any time soon, but I definitely will call them when I do.

Description of Work: New furnace, A/C, Water Heater, filter, humidification. It all went smoothly.

Description of Work: cleaned out 3 sinks, replaced some pipes then came back to repair the water temperature adjustment (needed new part) in our shower. Very courteous, fast and price was as expected.

Description of Work: We have used Longs twice. The most recent time was when Longs replaced a shower door. On the day of delivery we were called and told the wrong door came in....so we did not get the one we ordered and we now have a leak since new door was installed. Also, a few years back, we ordered a bathroom cabinet with Corion counter and back-splash. The backsplash was an inch too long and stuck out. I was very disappointed with each transaction.

Description of Work: 2nd floor shower leaking - checked multiple possibilities - took his time and explained what he was doing and why. Showed confidence in remedy. He was very neat and clean up was thorough. In the end the drain was the leak point, it was caulked and it has been fine since. I had just received a $25.00 coupon in a mailer and it was good for this type of work.

Description of Work: Reset toilet and supply line. Called and came 3 hours before appointment, did excellent work, cleaned up, and charged a fair price. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I had Longs Plumbing (Jeff) come out in the freezing cold to fix a burst water pipe in a crawl space and winterize my house. Jeff said he had to come back in good weather to fix another leak in PVC pipe. Jeff came back to unwinterize the plumbing, fix the leak in the crawl space, and fix many other leaky water issues. Water is a home owners enemy. Hopefully, no other leaks exist. I plan to use Longs Plumbing for all future plumbing problems. I checked out other services, Longs stand behind their work and are reliable in emergencies. Other companies did not warranty their work or were available in an emergency.
