Worst cleaning EVER. Beds not made, hardwood floors through the house not cleaned. Under beds and dressers not dusted or garbage removed. Spills on kitchen floor not cleaned and garbage can was never even moved. Front picture window was also not cleaned. Mildew in the bathtub that is cleaned with bleach wasn’t touched and there was still shaving cream left on the tiles! Throw blankets and decorative pillows were not folded nor assembled…i mean…your house should at least LOOK like someone cleaned. I don’t even think my rug was vacuumed! Three people showed up to clean and they were here for a total of 45 minutes!! I paid $160! I have attached pictures that don’t even show It all…the only rectification was an offer to come back and fix what was missed!! Why in the world would I want them back at all?? I could see overlooking one or two things…but I honestly don’t even know what was cleaned at all!! I requested a refund that was denied.

HORRIBLE...absolutely did not clean my home! Floors never washed, beds not made, scum left on everything even though they were to use natural and clean products as promised in my home. I tried to resolve this with an owner, Kim, she refused to do anything about it except to come out again and correct it??!! Why would I allow that? Why would you ever hire them for regular cleaning after the initial experience? Furthermore she is deceptive...her service is registered in the state of MI as a Wixom address, NOT Northville.

In the beginning, it was fine. The woman came out once a month and cleaned the kitchen, mopped the floor, cleaned a half bath, vacuumed the carpet, dusted and whatever else I needed done. The problem was, money and receipts were kept in a kitchen cabinet in envelopes. She had free reign because I can't get around very well and she knew that because cabinet doors were heard being opened and closed in the kitchen. She was not instructed to clean or rearrange anything in the cabinets. There was a couple of times when money was short in those aforementioned envelopes. I just figured my husband hadn't put the right amount in to cover the receipt. We were wrong. When the credit card bill came in this month, we started counting the money and were startled to find out that not only was a good chunk of money missing ($500-$600), so were many receipts. I guess after working for us for a year, she decided the fingers could start getting more sticky and if we noticed, well, we're just a couple of old people who are getting senile, right? Who would've expected that? Needless to say, she won't be coming back to our home. The owner Kerri, seemed genuinely surprised and shocked when notified but made no effort to compensate what her employed thief stole. Just that she'd talk to her partner and they'd ask the woman. But she said she knew the woman would deny everything and she's never had any complaints before. That could be because either she hadn't been caught or hadn't had the right opportunity like at our house. Either way, keep your money and valuables locked up if she's your cleaner!! Because we have no proof (after all, who would think to put security cameras in their kitchen??), I'm reluctant to give the woman's name but it starts with a J and it's mud now. Her stealing the money is the only explanation that makes sense. We aren't going to steal from ourselves and any company that comes over doesn't go into the kitchen. So if you hire this company, do so at your own risk and hide those valuables and jewelry. Very disappointed that the younger generations feel entitled to just take whatever they want.

Prompt, pleasant, inexpensive maids.. and very mediocre cleaning. Spilled Motrin left on bathroom floor, obvious scum left on fixtures. Owner nice at first, but turned self-righteous and snippy.

They were accommodating, professional, and very thorough. This was following an estate sale, so they had to move some remaining things around. No problem! They cleaned lights, fridge, baseboards, cupboards, and the place shined! Would definitely hire again!

On time, super thorough, charming, professional and understanding. Tammy made our kitchen shine, look great and smell beautifully clean.

i do not generally like having people in my house. but they make me feel very comfortable and sure that everything they can get done will get done. i do not feel judged because things, in my opinion, are a complete disaster. they just jump in and get going. now that they have been here several times, we know how to communicate with each other and deal with any small issues that may arise. as in any relationship. there are times that i feel that i should increase the time they have to do things in the house. i have 2 people for 4 hours every other week. but i think that adding another hour would allow them to get more things done around the house. they work non stop. it's just too long a list for even two people to get to. we often start with a priority list. they work thru that list and get as much done as possible. and everything they get accomplished is done well. leaving me with a real sense of pleasure. a clean house! what could be better? i am very happy with the company and their staff.

Joanna is always timely and always does a great job. She moves things around to get everything nice and clean. She is a very kind person, too!

I find them very professional, friendly. When I told Amy I had never been shopping being a widower she stepped up to the plate.

I have seen a lot of cleaning in my day, but this one was downright fabulous. Every nook and cranny is spotless. They were prompt, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be asking them back!

Punctual & outstanding service great attention to detail always so happy to come home after they have cleaned. Totally trustworthy. Very friendly. Always accommodating. 6000 with my 3 dogs.

My wife had passed away and I was in the process of selling my house. Contacted K&K cleaning. They've been with me now for over 10 months. I also asked Amy if she would consider doing my shopping for me. She does it every (2) weeks.
