Wish they would have shown up or made a second date but there was not an offer of a future date and frankly after the poor communication I'm not sure that I should do business with them.

Weather delayed the start of the project, which was frustrating, but once Roose Bros was able to begin they worked effectively and efficiently. The new irrigation system works really well; it is quiet and provides good coverage. We are also now pulling water from our pond rather than the well, so no more rust! It was difficult to access our deck and backyard without going through the house as there was a steep hillside down to the walkout basement. Roose Bros. put in a beautiful limestone staircase complete with brick paver walkways at each end. I had expected the pavers to just be put in rows but the crew created a beautiful design using a variety of sizes and colors of pavers. In addition they landscaped the edges using river rock and created planting beds. The entire design is not just functional, it is also aesthetically pleasing. Roose Bros turned our vision of what our backyard could be into a reality. Early in the process we had two or three tweaks that required a bit of rework, but the crew didn't miss a beat, making sure each part of the project was done to our satisfaction. The crew was hardworking, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Roose Bros and plan to use them again.

Contracted Roose Bros. for Lawn maintenance in 2013. Totally happy with their performance and reliability. Communication is great, and any issues are handled promptly. Electronic invoicing and payment allows minimum effort for payments. We have renewed for the 2014 season.

This is our first season with Roose Bros. Ground Maintenance for snow removal. We have a horse shoe shaped driveway so it is more difficult to do the snow plowing, however Roose not only plowed out the dirve perfectly they hand shoveled out a path to our front door as well as in other areas. The snow continued to come down so they came back the next night to plow us out again. Their equipment appeared to be quite new and in excellent shape. The work crew was courteous and business like. We would highly recommend Roose Bros. to our neighbors.

They were fantastic. They did the job quickly and promptly there was a problem they came back and solved it no problem. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I submitted a plan for an elevated deck to Roose Bros. They followed the plans to a "T" and used all the materials I specified. I was blown away by their detailed construction methods, everything they did was meant to last a lifetime. There were no issues whatsoever and the work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to do any of the work that they have listed on their ads.

Responded promptly, gave a bid, and did the work as promised. When we let them know that we anticipated the trench would be deeper, etc., they returned and met our requests with a wonderful attitude and an excellent job -- at the agreed upon price. We would work with them again quite definitely.

Really. They did a super job and I was completely impressed with the quality of the crew. They did two separate jobs for me, and both came in UNDER the quote they gave me in advance. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Contacted landscape company for installation of plantings. We provided images of the area where work was needed and provided suggestions on the plantings. We told them our schedule was flexible. This project probably could have been estimated via email. They never showed up to estimate or followed up with a call to come out. They are the worst kind of contractor because you think you found someone from Angie's list and they end up being a complete ZERO! It makes you seriously rethink the quality of the information on Angie's list.

Work was done efficiently and professionally. The pine tree was removed and completely disposed of; same with the existing sidewalk. The pavers and retaining wall look great. The reason we had this work done is because the roots of the pine tree were lifting the front walkway; also, we had standing rainwater on walkway after it rained. The walkway is now level, no more standing water, and it looks great. We are happy with the work. Roose Bros. is located in Canton; their phone# is 734-453-6773. Mike , who gave us the estimate, is knowledgeable and made several suggestions concerning the pavers. I would recommend this company for paver installation; the workers were friendly and worked quickly, and the job was finished in three days.

The job will completely protect my basement from any leakage due to flash flooding from rainwater or any type of drenching rain.

Roose was great to work with from the start. Jenny and Mike were very friendly and set up an initial meeting right away. We had them install sprinklers, top soil, and sod to our new construction home. They were very competitive in procing and the customer service couldn't be beat. We look forward to having them complete all of our landscape design next spring. I highly recommend working with Roose Bros.

Very pleased with the work that is done and highly recommend them if you are looking for a lawn service. They came recommended to me by a friend after I saw their yard and how beautifully trimmed all the shrubs looked. I said immediately I wanted them to do our yard! The mulch looks beautiful as well as our shrubs.

We first approached them on the Backyard brickwork as it was sinking. They gave a quote and once approved started the work on the promised date. We also got a quote for the front porch to level the bricks and install a proper drain. This too was done professionally and in time.

They do a beautiful job. They are very professional. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Calls and emails are returned promptly. Their prices are reasonable.

It went well as indicate above. The cost was more then I had anticipated and I delayed the work until next year.

The entire process was very pleasant. Mike came out shortly after we called him. he assessed our situation and took measurements. Then he sat down with us and asked us a lot of questions about the look we were going for. He recommended plants and trees that would thrive in our yard. he aslo worked hard to stay within our budget. He came up with a beautiful design plan. After we looked it over and approved it, he came out in a couple weeks and did the job. It took a couple of days because he put down a lot of pavers. He designed a beautiful pathway leading to our front porch as well as other paths. he even put in another level for a patio area. His crew was very professional and respectful and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up after themselves each night and never left a mess. The job was done beautifully and on time. We are very happy with our front yard. The plants are still very health and they look great. We have received many compliments. We have recommended them to our friends and our neighbors. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and again for other projects in the future.
